All good but only problem is to climb 10-12 flights. I suggest that they can put escalator for that , otherwise property is very nice .

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Rooms had some foul smell. Also there was construction work going on early in the morning causing lot of disturbance.

The hotel is easily accessible with
neat & clean rooms with courteous staff. Only did not get a chance to try the food since it was an overnight stay.

Royal was what it is. The staff was very polite(even though they were young) and efficient. Always ready to help. Food was delicious too.

Nice neat and clean stay at kanpur, convenient to communicate to iit. Food was tasty and breakfast was also good.
