It was really a nice experience staying in Hotel Sridevi. Its my 3rd time staying there and as usual the experience they had provided was awesome. Nicely behaved hotel staffs and cleanliness was there highlight Privacy and staff behaviour

No staff takes care. No pentry for even tea, no exhaust fan in wash room, looking mirror was in bad condition, room was stinking, bed sheet not cleaned. Crack on wall No intercom, no water bottle or RO water. Bad experience.

It’s our humble suggestion to all to not to choose this hotel. We had a very distressful experience with the staffs especially with Ms. Sunitha. They won't properly follow-up the mails and calls. One month earlier we booked rooms here and received confirmation also. We reconfirmed the booking via mails and calls also. But at the last moment they refused to give us rooms. Hotel has a very worst ***agement we ever come across with. Staffs are least bothered. We troubled a lot because of them. ***n Kumar KVT hospitality

We have planned to visit kanya kumari in March and I booked 2 rooms in this hotel in February 22 through agoda. When we visited, they replied that there are no rooms available and we no longer in deal with agoda . Just imagine the situation, we were total 8 members with kids and they simply denied that no rooms are available without prior notice and not even the customers who already booked through online. Really silly and I left the hotel with embarrassment.
