We stayed at this resort for one night during a road trip via the Southern Cross highway. The resort offers private onsen only. Big bathtubs and an open-air veranda are part of every room. There is no public spa area. The resort is showing obvious signs of wear and tear and has come into age. Some renovation works such as repainting all wooden parts should urgently be carried out. A small restaurant is one site which offers hotpot-dinner in the evening and a small breakfast buffet in the morning. I found it a bit too pricey for the services offered.

沒有車會很麻煩，自駕遊上去真的很久，沿途很棒风景！員工很好，態度好！找吃的就有點難，不過溫泉泡了一個小時，第二天是不累。就是設施老了一點，但是生態旅遊就是好的一旅，早餐是素食

雖然復活節長假期價格在上升了20%, 價格中上，區內不錯的選擇, 適合全家大小遊玩放鬆。酒店在第一晚怕我們外出沒有晚餐吃，意外地提供了火煱大餐給我們，雖然早餐有供應，但沒有什麼東西好吃，十分簡單，家用式咖啡機也出很慢及太多人排隊，最後也要外出給小朋友找東西吃，加床的被裏有小昆蟲，要自行清理，另外因為山區也有很多動物昆蟲，Villa有一個不錯的泳池，可先看著美麗的山玻風景浸凍熱溫泉交替，附近也很近櫻花林，另外出也近市區周邊地方，有7-11及餐廳，早餐前及午後可活動一下，池外的景色優美，價格雖貴了一點，但也是十分好的體驗。

服務不錯，多要了一條棉被馬上給，地點還可以，離寶來市區車程約5分鐘，房間泡湯不錯，水質好，湯池夠大，早餐還算可以，雖然選擇不多，但吃得還健康衛生。唯一不足的是房間老舊，太小，連小桌子都沒有。

旅館內有一隻黑狗放養會追人狂吠，不關也不綁，你在跟牠僵持時工作人員也不會管，要特別注意，真的被咬整趟旅程就廢了
