Hotel is very clean and not too far away from train station. Simple breakfast is provided. The staff not only cleans the table but also wipe the seat after a guest leaves. Of course, a different cloth is used to wipe the table and chair.

酒店位於輕井澤五分鐘路程 ，前台員工友善 ，房間比預期中大及整潔 ，餐廳面積比較少 只提供簡單的早餐，如 沙律麵包和咖哩飯 ，酒店提供自取 梳洗用品， 值得一賺 提供浴鹽 浸浴， 驅除疲勞 酒店十分鐘路程來 有大型超市。

房間大，設備也很新淨！早餐食物種類不多，性價比較低！酒店地點理想，靜中亦算方便！而且可提供免費停車場，整體都算滿意！

定的無早居然也送了早餐，雖然菜式不多，不過味道還行，咖喱飯蠻好吃的。
家庭房房間夠大，不過房間外沒啥風景，住的話很舒服，距離新幹線站走5到10分鐘吧。

日本的商務旅館房間小很習以為常，但床頭邊的牆壁竟然掛著分離式冷氣機，睡覺非常不安，要睡時才發現，如果地震真的超危險！後來只好頭腳置換倒過來睡，掉下來頂多是壓到腳不會傷到頭，早上的早餐也很普通~~~
退房時有跟櫃臺反應房間的配置讓人心驚，還好櫃檯人員態度算好
