Greatest vacation in Golden Rose Apart Hotel! Thank you so much to Ferhat, the owner of the Apart Hotel! Total client-oriented from the moment of booking to departure. Don't be in a hurry to look for transfers, yacht and other things. Ferhat will tell you where is more favorable. Rode on a quad bike. It was unforgettable! He drove us into town several times, very nice and positive man!!!! Our apartment has an amazing view of the Kas bays and the Greek island. The hotel has a great location. We don't have a car, we walk to the nearest beach, back you can order a cab through the owners of the cafe on the beach. Separately I want to mention about Kash itself. We fell in love with its cozy streets, restaurants, beaches. We will definitely come back here.

One of the best hotels we have ever visit.the hotel is bright new very clean and modern.the view from our balcony is something extraordinary and amazing.the owner Mr ferhat he is probably the most kindness and helpful in the area.he give us free transfer from the center to the hotel and back he also make presents to all the family and offers us accommodation free wine soft drinks water and coffees.also in the middle of the night he wake up to help us with the car that we have rent.recommended for everyone that needs guality and hospitality.thank you very much sir.you are a professional and kind owner.

We stayed at the Golden Rose hotel for 7 nights and were warmly welcomed by Ferhat and his family. The rooms are lovely, we stayed in room 110 which has a nice rooftop terrace with amazing sea views. We bought bread jam cheese etc from the local shop each morning to have our breakfast al fresco. Mermaid Beach is very nice a walk down the steep hill, you can easily get a taxi back. Ferhat also organised a lovely boat trip to Kekova for us where we walked up to the castle and saw some of the sunken city. We went to some very nice restaurants and also visited Patara Beach which is the longest sandy beach in Turkey, Halk beach and had a few boat trips over to the lovely Nuri’s beach at Limonagzi. If you’re looking for somewhere quieter, a little out of town but with plenty of taxis available, this is the perfect relaxing place for you

Hi all! We had accommodation on Golden Rose Hotel from 01/15/23 till 03/15/23 and we absolutely lovely on this place. One of the reasons is a hospitality owner. Ferhat always ready help you and you can be sure you get this. Good design, always clean, warm and quiet apartments it’s what really need for soulful atmosphere and long sunny days in Kas. The flat had fit out with all you need. And also you can find a parking for you car near hotel. I guess it’s one of the best sea views if you like sunsets and sea horizon line. And last but not a least this hotel really quite on everything and night time, and it’s good if you wanna have relax and don’t thinking about noise nightclub or dancing cafe near you.

This is one of the best hotel (let me say it this way) I have ever been! It is private apartments, where everything is made like home. First, the location is so perfect - the house is situated on the hill in the very nice, beautiful district, not far from the city center and at the same time ideal runaway place. Kas is the city where you preferably need a motorbike or a small car, as it’s quite hilly and may be not 100% comfortable for those, who do not really like hiking. Ferhat - the hotel owner, is the best host! He takes care literally of every and each guest, knows everyone’s need and makes the stay perfect! He will support any of your wish and request! And will offer Turkish tea each time he sees you:) During our vacation in Kas, we were living in 2 different apartments in Golden Rose: the small one - studio with one bedroom and the big one - with two bedrooms. And both are amazing! Light, clean, new and stylish space - this is how I can describe this place. There is a large kitchen, where we used to cook everyday - quite a pleasure to have get up early in the morning and have family breakfast. The view requires the whole publication! Beautiful sunsets, blue sea! And the more important that each apartment in Golden Rose has this amazing view! On the 4th floor, there are rooftop apartments with terrace - this one I highly recommend for those who love to live high and enjoy to spend time on private balcony (terrace). The first floor apartments have sort of yard, where you can have evening drinks or even barbecue if you want! It is sad to leave, but we know, that from now on this is the only place we want to stay, when we come in Kas!

A luxurious apartment with a fantastic view of the sea.The apartment is spacious, with marble floors and granite countertops in the kitchen.Everything is brand new and perfectly clean. The furniture is luxurious and the beds are comfortable.The host is super friednly and welcomig. We stayed there 3 days (16-19 June) and host always was ready to help us.Even the last day our luggage was heavy and he putted our luggage to his car and bring us to the bus station.
