Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown Reviews

The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

Great location nice hotel. Could use a little refresh.

Good hotel

If you stay in downtown Kansas City for work, it's overall okay. The hotel facilities are old and many of them are worn out. Breakfast in the morning was not very good.

Very old building and elevator, old dust in the bathroom outlets, small bathrooms, shower curtain was small and dirty. Breakfast was horrible- very greasy, runny eggs, limited flavor. This is not an 8 star hotel. I would rate it a 2 star with breakfast and how old the hotel is.

This hotel was very busy, but the service was still great at check-in, and in the restaurants. The room was nice and clean, and we had a great view that overlooked the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s in walking distance of KC Convention Center, T-Mobile Center, tons of restaurants. Parking is free!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was a little dated but the hotel has a great location. The quality of the food at the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired and would probably deter me from booking at this property again.

It was an amazing stay from the bell hop to front desk clerks to the bar and restaurant workers! All very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend and I will go again!!

Great property in downtown KC. The property is nice but could use a little freshining. Had a great time.

We stayed here for the Super Bowl parade. We checked in around lunchtime and had to pay extra for parking. When we came back later that evening, the parking was full. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. They knew that it would be busy and crowded and seemed completely unprepared. Never again.

Every team member we can in contact with was welcoming and pleasant. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and we are looking forward to staying there again.

The hotel was just an average hotel. It was clean but the breakfast at the restaurant was horrible. The coffee place made up for it.

I’ve stayed at this location three times and each time was overall a great experience. My last stay we were attending a comedy event at the Tmobile center and I have to shout out the shuttle driver because he got us there in a timely manner and drove very well. On top of that he had a great personality and made everyone laugh. The only thing I don’t really enjoy in the hotel is the elevators because the rooms can go pretty high up and the higher you go the elevator just seems alittle scary but it could just be me.
