At the end of a lovely family break to Cappadocia, we stayed at this hotel for 1 night to provide easy access to the local airport - in order to make life easier as we were travelling with 2 young children and our flight was at 6 am. The hotel looks new, but had quite a few issues - loose door handles, faulty lights, shoddy wall-paper, no functioning room service, staff that could not speak English (apart from the night manager - who was actually very friendly / nice / helpful). The shower in our ensuite was blocked and flooded the rest of the bathroom and the air-con was hardly working. Apparently a power outage as a result of recent rains had compounded the problems, but for a hotel of this size, claiming to be 4*, and in close proximity to an airport that caters for international tourists - I was expecting so much better!

12-13 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde 2 gece konakladım. Ne yazık ki kaldığım odada (3003 nolu oda) wi-fi çekmiyordu interneti kullanamadım. Ayrıca oda temizliğine gelen kişi de kullandığım ilaçları çöp sanarak atmış. Benim için kötü tecrübe oldu. Allahtan ilaçlarım hayati önem taşıyan ilaçlar değildi ama tam terside olabilirdi. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hotelin eksikleri var ancak düzeltilebilir. Konumu güzel. Arkada göl manzarası var. Kahvaltı fena değildi.

Kesinlikle kalınacak bir otel değil. Resepsiyonından müdürüne kadar işi bilmedikleri çok belli. Müşteriye davranışları. Sonradan fiyat artırmaları.ayrıca oda kapısının kilidi bozuk. Oda temiz değil. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Konum olarak güzel çalışanlar ilgili ama memnun kalmadığım bir kaç şey var
1.duşa kabin kapısını tam kapanmadığı için su sızıyor ve düşme tehlikesi yaşadık.
2.yastıklar rahat değildi.
3.banyo temizliğini pek beğenmedik.

Banyoda şampuan olmaması, istememize rağmen gelmemesi, gelen servis elemanının mahcubiyet içinde şampuan kalmadı yarın alınacak demesi yakışmadı. Çok güzel konumda güzel bir otel. İşletilmesi daha profesyonel olursa mükemmel olur.
