It was so loud. We got upgraded because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived.. bathtub malfunctioned and the jets sprayed all over the room and had black stuff in it. The property was clean for them allowing pets no smell or anything.

It was enjoyable and relaxing, we booked the deluxe suite with a jetted tub which was nice except when the jets ran it blew out black debris

Room smelled, fan had loud screech, hot tub was cold, went to front desk to ask for different accomications because my husband is disabled an needed the hot tub for therapy. Was told a fee hrs, I own a hot tub and it’s an overnight turn around. Receptanist said there was a suite with a jetted tub. I will pay the additional fee. Tte handyman kept interrupting our conversations said I would need to pay for both rooms plus tomorrows. Disagreed with him and threaten to throw me out of the hotel. I was not going to stay in a hotel being threatened. I was speaking with the receptanist and kept talking every work I was saying. This is who represents you!

This hotel was very easy to locate, within easy walking or driving distance of restaurants, quiet and staffed with friendly, considerate people. The beds were a bit hard and the pillows not much to our liking, but overall a very pleasant, quiet, clean, safe place for the night. We would stay here again.

Would like to see the breakfast improved. They had sausage links every day. Plus sausage gravy. Mix it up a bit, have bacon too. Scrambled eggs tasted fake and were served every day also. Maybe try serving the egg omelets with ham and peppers in them. Rooms nice and clean and friendly front desk folks as well.

Staff at check in were great. Room was nice. Pool room was chilly but water was ok. Breakfast was good. Only thing that was frustrating was I called several times to see what time check out was and they immediately said to hold and I waited over 5 minutes each time. I called on my cell phone and got an immediate answer. Makes me think they didn’t want to have to bring something to a room if that’s what I would have needed. Overall though vet nice stay.
