The Staatliches Kurhotel is a very quiet & pleasant hotel and located in the nice Kurpark of Bad Salzhausen. The hotel is easily reached by train. Service is correct and friendly. Since October 2022 the Justus-von-Liebig thermal baths, opposite to the hotel & not part of the Kurhotel, are permanently closed. The closure of the thermal bath & spa makes a stay at the Kurhotel less interesting. We had a very good stay. Recommend.

Mittagessen im Restaurant. Sehr freundlich aufmerksam der Service. KLeine feine Karte. Hervorragend im Geschmack. Interessantes Angebot zB Brathering, Preis ebenfalls angenehm, für die Qualität und Ambiente eher unterer Bereich.

Der Service ist wirklich sehr freundlich, egal an wen man gerät. Das Buffet am Mittag und Abend ist gut und ausreichend. Auch das Frühstück beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Lediglich das Haus samt Inventar hat die besten Jahre bereits hinter sich.

Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und mussten Kurtax bezahlen obwohl dies bei der Buchung nirgendwo angegeben wurde!
Die Rezeptionsdame und die Servicekraft beim Frühstück waren sehr lieb und nett

Het hotel ligt in een omgeving met meerdere hotels. Het ziet er luxe uit. De prijs is daar niet naar:het is niet duur. Op de kamer is te weinig licht. BVN, de Nederlandstalige tv, hebben ze niet. Er zou bij de tv een lijst moeten liggen met de te vinden zenders, maar die lag er niet. Bij de receptie hadden ze ook nog nooit gehoord van BVN. De receptioniste zit onzichtbaar voor de klant achter een wand en ziet je via een spiegel staan. Ze komt zeker niet meteen, is er niet altijd trouwens, en maakt eerst het praatje af dat ze met een collega heeft. Erg onprofessioneel. Het parkeerbeleid is erg onduidelijk. Je weet niet waar je kunt parkeren. Het half pension beleid is goed en niet duur. Het buffet is goed. De wijn is goed. De bedden zijn goed en de badkamer ook. In de kamer staat een ventilator, bij gebrek aan airco.Het ontbijt is prima. Jammer dat er geen BVN is.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort. Service, Sauberkeit, Komfort sind gut. Das Restaurant Angebot ist mager und zu teuer, dafür ist das Frühstück erstklassig, der Buffetbereich aber viel zu klein, so dass es zu Warteschlangen kommt.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle, sehr leckere Essen, wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, mitten im Kurpark. Von dort kommt man gut überall hin. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rezeption ist eher nicht serviceorientiert, Bar war leider trotz offizieller Öffnungszeiten von 18 bis 24 Uhr abends nicht geöffnet und auf Nachfrage wurde uns (5 Gäste) erzählt dass ja keine Gäste da sind und deswegen geschlossen ist und bleibt.zumindest ein kleines Getränkeangebot wäre angebracht gewesen ...
