Anita Dream Hotel

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Love Holiday falsely advertised this as Blue Sky 4*. I wouldn’t give this a 1*. What you see is certainly not what you get. Hotel is filthy, food is inedible, cold and covered in flies. Staff can not speak even the smallest amount of English to communicate, you speak through Google Translate.. even the reps don’t go there. It’s advertised as being in Kemer, that to is lies it’s in Kiris.. we could have cried. Ruined our little break away.

This is by far THE most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. Love holidays have 100 percent miss sold me and many others this hotel stating it is a 4 star with swim up bar. Gym etc etc. e we could not eat the food that was provided it was very limited and dirty serving area with what most of the time looked like slop. If you go for breakfast any later than 8.30 there are no bowls left for cereal and you have to eat with a baby for lol as no normal human sized forks. The bar area is absolutely filthy and they serve lager which tastes like soapy liquid and gin or vodka and THATS I. The first room they provided us with was absolutely stinking of drains and there was a small hand towel provided. It was dirty and to be honest I wouldn’t let a dog stay in it Altho it smelt like a dog had been. The swimming pool was not cleaned and was always full of bugs and leaves and dirt and the grates around the edge of the pool where full of mould. We have to pay 20 pound each for the Wi-Fi code which no receipt was given and this is not stated in the website also. We where barred from eating outside and up on the top balcony so if you did eat you had to eat on what I can only describe as a dirty school dinner hall. I have emailed love holidays about this and there response was ridiculous. They say that the hotel themselves rate the stars and that they are not responsible for that or any of the trauma we had to go through whilst on our holiday . I would never ever ever recommend this hotel and I no they are not the same but it’s put me off ever going to turkey again. DISGUSTING VILE DIRTY SOLD ON FALSE PRETENSION

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in. I'm not usually one to complain but it was honestly terrible. When I arrived the man at reception immediately asked me if I wanted to change rooms as he even said the one I'm in isn't nice, but would have to pay an extra 20£ I changed rooms but didn't pay. In all fairness the room I stayed in wasn't awful apart from there been no water for a shower at certain times. The food was disgusting breakfast you have the choice of rock solid chicken nuggets or eggs which was cooked outside on a morning from half 7 till 8am so you was lucky if you was able to eat breakfast. No labels on any foods so you don't know what you was eating. I had some chicken one night and it was still red in the middle. No entertainment day or night. No chairs to sit on in the evening so you had to sit on the sun beds. The bar is only open until 10pm!!! And don't even dare ask for a cocktail because the bar man will shout at you and say its forbidden! The hotel was dirty the lights in the hall ways was always flickering and the lift didn't always work. If your British I honestly recommend you don't go to this hotel

This is not a 4* hotel. There are a number of misleading facilities advertised that are definitely not here. There is no swim up bar, snack bar, banquet hall, cafe, gym, poolside snack bar. There is no entertainment day or night, just really loud random music playing, sporadically. Also, do not accept Room 1606 - it resembles a holding cell, consisting of 6 mattresses on bases, a flooded bathroom, the handle came off the inside of the bathroom door, the toilet did not flush, no safe, the sliding window to an accessible flat roof did not lock, no balcony or outside area and the smell was horrendous - a mixture of cigarettes and drains. The steps to this room had tree/plant branches overhanging then, making them extremely dangerous. They seem be putting every English guest in this then when you complain, they ask for £/€/$20 to change the room. The food is shocking. We aren’t adverse to trying new and different foods but this was another level. Also there are no food labels so you’ve no idea what the dishes are. It could be a nightmare if you have an intolerance or allergy. We ate out every night. The drinks on offer are beer, red/white wine (or vinegar!), gin and vodka (from miniature bottles), coke from bottles on the side (warm!), fake sprite from a machine and no ice. All served in tiny see-through plastic cups. Depending on whether the bar man likes you or not, it’s one drink per person. There is nowhere to sit in the evening, except for a terrace up a staircase, with nowhere near enough tables and chairs for all guests. Plus you have to keep going up and down the stairs to get to the bar. Not good for families with small children and prams, and also those who find stairs difficult. Guests resorted to getting the sunbeds out around the pool, just to have somewhere to sit. Cleanliness wasn’t at the top of the agenda throughout, although the room we changed to on the second floor was very clean. The photos on the Love Holidays website do not match the hotel itself. Very misleading. Corners are cut and it’s run on a shoe string. All in all we have been put off returning to Turkey and using Love Holidays again.

DONT GO HERE. it’s disgusting, vile, bedrooms are horrible, doors don’t lock, food is covered in flies, they give near to no alcohol and only 2 choices, staff are disgusting and sexually assault girls, no gym, no spa, no swim up bar, no pool tables, dirty pool with 1 hour of slides a day that give you skin burn and cockroaches that run at you. don’t go here, biggest waste of my money and the worst holiday i’ve been on, coming from a young girl who saved up ages for a holiday to turkey, the place needs to be shut down. absolutely revolting, 0/10, DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t normally send bad reviews but I must make you aware that this hotel is Totally disgusting and the worst place I have ever experienced, rooms basic of all basic , filth everywhere food and drink disgusting Same stuff every night ( cheap fish and cheap chicken bits) This place is dreaming of being a 4 star The staff are dirty and unkempt Looks like they are just untrained in every way of working in a proper hotel The eating area has a dirty brown curtain in a corner of the eating area concealing the grotty kitchen! Unfriendly and non speaking English Worse than a backpackers hostel! Used mainly by Russian and polish people , I could go on But take my word for it Don’t spend your hard earned money here you will live to regret it!!! Me and my family left after two days It was the worse stressful experience of my life!!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The furniture in the room was old, bed like rock. I was awakened by pain in my back. The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold on the walls and dirt on the floor. No toilet brush. No place to store your toothbrush. Towels with stains. They were changed every day. There wasn’t a foot towel most of the time. On the last day they gave us only small face towels. Noisy because of the loud music nearby the pool. The front door didn’t seem secure. The door of the balcony wasn’t locking and it was opening by itself. They didn’t pay attention to our complaints and came to fix the door late at night. The food was awful, low quality. The vegetables were chopped in large pieces like they were feeding animals. The herbs weren’t chopped at all but they were very fresh. There were eight bows with one and the same salty olives - just to fill the empty space on the table. Small quantities of meat, chicken only. No variety at all. The staff was yelling to the guests if they attempted to get some food 5 minutes before the meal time. The sun beds were broken and not enough for the tourists, neither on the beach nor around the pool. The location of the hotel was good. The nature is amazing combination between see and forest.

The food is absolutely terrible. With only a selection of 4 trays of hot food which it hardly edible! And a small shack outside the restaurant that cooks fish/ chicken separately, all week we have eaten only rice, salad and cake. If I’d have seen an honest review about the food we definitely wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Completely in the middle of nowhere with only a long street of shops either side, luckily it was only 200 Lira for a taxi to kemer. Hotel rooms are standard, beds, desk & mirror, TV, wardrobe. Pool was nice, 2 of the slides don’t work and the orange water slide only gets turned on twice a day for an hour each. Wouldn’t recommend for English tourists as they don’t understand you at all. All in all won’t be returning and wouldn’t say to book.
