We loved it! Our first time staying, and I’m glad we chose the Guadalupe location. There are 2 locations actually closer to our house, but this one seems the biggest and the best waterslides for the kids. It was so much better than staying in a hotel because we didn't have to worry about the kids being too loud. Loud kids are actually encouraged. Also better than an airbnb for us because the kid activities that were available. My personal favorite was the bubble soap party and the pie eating contest. Always something new and fun happening to keep them busy. We’re already booked for next summer, and bringing my sisters family and the grandparents too.

Fantastic stay. Really enjoyed the waterpark and the bouncing pillow. Don't miss the Hay Hay ride! I wish there were more bike trails around the town. We rode to the trail system in town along the river and the only way there is on busy roads. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay.

Kenzie,Hannah and Peyton were great with my girls during glitter tattoos. Those tattoos went through the water park and multiple baths and the girls were still proud to wear them to school this week! Big thanks to the ladies at the Rec Hall for making our stay!

Amazing kid-oriented RV Resort! Pools. Jumping pillows. Rec Center. Tons of activities!!! The pool cafe a a get busy/crowded at lunch time, but Noah and Jay handled it with politeness and humor! Great young men working for the park! Cristina at the bar was friendly and helpful! Alex at the ranger station was fantastic and helpful. We have been before, and we will continue to visit as long as the cleanliness and helpful staff stay!

As winter Texans we have stayed at this park the last two winters and have absolutely loved it. We travel with our son and he absolutely loves all the activities and amenities have to offer. Spring break has been Epic so far. Hannah, Payton and the rest of the rec hall staff are amazing at what they do. The winter months see fewer planned activities but that doesn't matter when it comes to fun. The entire staff of the park has been wonderful and all need a huge raise. We can't recommend this park enough.

I originally booked my reservation 4/3 and had problems from day 1, in hindsight I should have taken the $700 loss and walked away, but now I had a terrible experience and am out $3000. I booked a Pet Friendly Boo Boo cabin for a weekend in April (friday-sunday). At first, the discount promo being offered if booked by 4/2 which I was trying to do online was not working. I called the location and was told to pay the full rate and they would adjust it manually. When I called the next day I was told this could not be done, when I requested a manger they found a way to get it done. Unfortunately, my father became very ill and was hospitalized multiple times, we had to move the reservations a couple of times, so this discount became mute and was lost. We finally got the reservation moved to Labor Day weekend. When we arrived to our cabin, it was filthy, by the evening we had an ant infestation. I addressed it the following morning with the front desk around 10 am, they stated they would send housekeeping to dust and maintenance to handle the ants. I asked at the time do I need to be there since I have pets, I was told no, as long as the dogs were fine with people coming into the cabin. At 2 pm I checked on status and was told housekeeping was very busy and they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Then I mentioned that the bunk room the window unit installed wasn't cooling the upper part of the room, they stated a lot of ac units were broken and waiting on parts. I feel this is something that is known and should have been shared before arriving, some may not have a problem some may, but to just ignore the problem is not responsible. I later returned just before 5 before the front desk closed and was told that housekeeping did go back and dusted, but maintenance didn't go in as nobody was there that they stopped by at 2 and 3, when I was just at the front office at 2 and was told nobody had to be there. Susan the AGM came out to discuss with me and look at the cabin, she saw the condition explained the reasoning with ants and confirmed it was ok to spray inside, which I gave approval, she then stated she would get with maintenance as she saw how hot it got in upper bunk area with no operating ac unit. She then told me how many units have broken systems and that is why window units are installed. The parts are on back order. I do understand back order is out of their hands, but I was also most likely one of the first units checked in on the weekend and was given one of the worst cabins I believe with mechanical problems and dust. She went around and saw that housekeeping didn't dust recently and I asked about the foil blocking a window and she asked me did you not put that up. So not only was I lied to about housekeeping coming to this cabin, they expect me to believe that housekeeping cleaned this cabin and didn't take down foil that someone put in a window and who knows how long it had been there. The story has now been changed to housekeepi

We just came back for our staying for the 4th of July. It was fun and the kids had a blast with all the different activities and amenities, they loved the "wet hey hey ride", the lacer tag, the water balloon games etc. the adults where able to relax a little and had a good time too with the live band. Whoever the park was severely understaffed and it shows is how unkempt the installation are. Bathroom where ALWAYS dirty and smelly, trash could be found all around despite the efforts of the maintenance staff, there's just to much for so few people. Same with the pools, very fun and nice but the same guy (yes, singular) acting as a lifeguard has to pick up the trash, straight the chairs and tables, monitor the slides etc. Just 1 bartender for the whole pool bar, when ask she told us it was her 2 day working doble shift. Just 2 people working the pool restaurant which make getting your order at least a 30min wait. Every one was very nice, specially considering how overwork they are. The young people working the games and contests where so fun and upbeat but I can only imagine by the end of the day they have no voice anymore, give this kids a microphone! It would be so much better for everyone. And last but not least, this place is in urgent need for more bathrooms, a lot more! For the amount of people you host in the pool area only 4 stalls and 2 family restrooms is no near enough. Same in the rec center. granted we all have private bathrooms in our RV or cabin but when in common areas I don't want to go back and forth specially with little ones. Not to mention theres no facilities mear the playgrounds, the laser tag ground or the river. Overall a good place to visit but it can and should be way better.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff. Hannah, Peyton and Maddy were so helpful and fun in the activities department. My kids loved hanging out with them. The amount of activities were great, there was always something for my kids to do. My kids also loved seeing the bears through out the park. Kristina the bartender was very knowledgeable and makes a GREAT BLOODY MARY. I loved the selection of Selters , especially at the pool. Dj FOX is a Keeper, he plays kid appropriate music and everyone seemed to enjoy the dance party and foam party combination. Also A huge thank you to Susan Ryan, she was very accommodating and friendly in making sure we had everything we needed to have a good time. Thank you Jelly stone Kerrville > WE WILL BE Back!!
