แอร์ไม่ดีสักห้อง พักห้องแรกแอร์ไม่เย็นร้อนมาก ย้ายไปอีกห้องแอร์น้ำรั่วไหลเต็มพื้นหยดดังติ๊งๆ ย้ายห้องอีกแอร์เสียงดังมากๆๆจนนอนไม่หลับ ต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องแอร์มากๆๆ ฝุ่นเต็มโต๊ะข้างโต๊ะบนผ้าปูไรฝุ่นจนขึ้นผื่น แต่พนักงานบริการพูดเพราะเจ้าของก็ให้ย้ายห้องให้เน้นความสะอาดกับซ่อมแอร์จะดีมาก

แมลงฝุ่นเกาะผนังในห้องน้ำเยอะมาก ที่พื้นห้องน้ำมีรอยคราบน้ำดำๆ ในตู้เย็นมีคราบน้ำหวาน ตรงกระจกตู้เสื้อผ้ามีเส้นผมผู้หญิงเกาะยุ ส่วนพนักงานบริการดี และทำเลที่ตั้งดีเลย ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร
