Family visit to Blenheim Palace,
We’ve stayed in many premier inns and this one is the best ever. The service and staff very helpful, room perfectly clean and warm the breakfast was absolutely fantastic plenty of choice

Hotel fairly new and in very good condition. Easy to find, plenty of car parking and good location for visits to Blenheim Palace or trips in to Oxford. If you go in to Oxford use the park and ride- don't try and drive in to the centre Staff very friendly and helpful, service and food in restaurant vey good with quick service on a busy weekend

Loved this Premier Inn, had the best nights sleep in a hotel in a long time. The staff went out of their way for you & always greeted you with a smile. Plenty parking and excellent bus service on the doorstep for Oxford & Blenheim. Food in the restaurant was also good.

Everything about the room, reception staff and parking facilities was fine. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good for what you would expect for a chain hotel. My only observation is that having the shower over a bath which was very narrow is not good . Apart from the adapted rooms for people with mobility issues I was told that none of the rooms have walk in showers which for those of us who like a good shower instead of a bath is disappointing. It’s not a deal breaker for a one or possibly two night stay but I would look elsewhere if I was staying longer.

Very convenient hotel with friendly staff. Rekha was very helpful at check in. Blenheim Palace was in East reach of the hotel. I would recommend signing up for the meal deal at the Beefeater Restaurant attached to the hotel where the staff were also helpful.

Very clean functional and great service from the check in guy at 23:30 on Friday 3rd April. However, service at Beefeater could be improved. Waitress not great the next day for lunch.

The room was lively and clean. The girl on the reception was very helpful. When we arrived, Courtney was very helpful in explaining where we could catch the bus into Oxford, which bus we needed, and how to get back. Lovely start to our holiday.
