Holiday Inn Express & Suites Killeen - Fort Hood Area Reviews

The hotel is not kept up outside is falling apart, towel racks rusty, furniture peeling, lamp did not work.

Location determined our stay here. Overall, was a nice stay. Small things made the rating 4 instead of 5 stars. Breakfast was average. Bathroom in room 124 needs repairs: toilet paper holder and shower rod about to fall off the wall. Icky stains on door fram next to tub. Staff was friendly

Rm 124 toilet paper holder is half off the wall. Kids running and jumping on the room above us. Those are the two negative. Everything else was positive

Holiday Inn Suites on Gateway Drive, Killeen. Checked in no problem..Room 216. Tv would not work- no signal and tv said check antenna connection. Checked tv and cable antenna from tv to wall plug was missing. Hotel front desk mgr brought a cord up to me which I connected and got reception..Tried to call front desk &Phone was unplugged from wall plug to phone. Room was above main entrance and old curtain in middle to block view from below. Great location near restaurants, HEB, WalMart and freeway. Quiet area. Would stay there again,but not in that room. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful, and resolved my issue. Breakfast was good and hot. Location was 5 minutes from my meeting.

Property was very nice. The only issue I had was I first went to the wrong one but was told it was a common thing cause they are a block from each other. The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. I will be staying here again when I go back

Shower and tube mix didn't like and water in shower 80% hot, breakfast rate 1 to 10 about 6, Bed was good but pillow was to soft.

The staff and breakfast all great. However the bed skirts in my room were torn and fall from the bed. The curtains wouldn’t close either. The sitting chair in the room was dirty/stained. I would still stay anyway since I really only used it to sleep.

It was good, check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. A/C could’ve been better but overall they stay was great

Room reserved room assigned wasn’t the same Odor of cleaning products of cigarette smoke uncomfortable bed One morning it was not cleaned The only decent thing was the afternoon/evening desk staff She was very accommodating and attentive

Staff very polite and helpful. Room was spacious for 3 people. Everything was very clean and breakfast was delicious!

I like the staff they remember my family and I from last year plus our new addition they’re just wonderful people super nice and family friendly

The room had an odor that seemed to permeate throughout the hotel. There were a lot of things 'repaired' with tape and the room we stayed in, although fairly comfortable had a lamp that wasn't plugged in that would have been useful to use, a bathroom without all the lights working, towels that were wet before we entered the room or used them and a breakfast that consisted of fake eggs, no fruit (although advertised) and other breakfast items missing.
