Ужасные старые ковры, вкусный завтрак, местонахождение удобное. Собиралась на Эльбрус, мне не позвонили, что время поменялось. Не хватает кулеров и полы надо менять в отеле. Рядом бювет, санаторий Виктория можно купаться

Ирина М. Знаток города 2 уровня 23 июня Отдыхали в Кисловодске неделю в июне 2022 года семейной парой. «АльГрадо» встретил нас гостеприимной улыбкой администратора Инны , тут же разместили в номере и пригласили на завтрак. Уютный зал ресторана, предупредительный официант Александр, вкусная еда: всё- мы в отпуске… Отель удачно расположен на тихой улице, территория совсем небольшая, профессионально проработанное озеленение, навес с диванами и столами, куда вам могут подать обед или ужин по заказу. Чистоту в номерах незаметно поддерживают горничные Наталья и Анна, администраторы Инна и Дарья откликались на любую нашу просьбу ( дополнительное одеяло, топер на матрас и т.д.). Благодарим и повара Романа за душевные завтраки. Так приятно, когда о тебе заботятся такие профессионалы как в «АльГрадо»!

Нашей компании из 5 взрослых и 2 детей предложили двухэтажный номер (301), потом к нам присоединились еще 2 взрослых и 1 ребенок, которые расположились в 204 номере. Наш отдых длился три дня. Первое, что хочется отметить, это доброжелательный и приветливый персонал: на ресепшене милые девочки и молодой человек, которые моментально откликались на все наши просьбы и вопросы, наша восхитительная Катерина, которая кормила нас вкусными завтраками. В последний наш вечер перед отъездом мы решили ужинать на террасе, и нам предоставили всё необходимое: и стулья, и дополнительный столик, и посуду, а администратор Инна в день отъезда вышла нас провожать до калитки. В номерах чисто, уютно, интересная планировка номера позволила комфортно расположиться всей нашей большой компании и при этом не мешать друг другу отдыхать. Расположение отеля удобное, рядом есть продуктовый магазин, в шаговой доступности. Красивые виды из окон, а в воскресенье утром был слышен звон колоколов. В общем, мы уезжали с положительными эмоциями от отеля, и если будем в Кисловодске, то вопрос с жильем точно для нас решен. Рекомендую всем!
