Easy check in. Good breakfast. Entire 5th floor reeked of mildew, including our room. The pool area was quite nice.

Everything was very good except some noisy neighbors and the toilet seat was very loose.

The room was very small for 4 people. Two adults and two teenagers. The queen size beds were small and the heat was not working. We did inform the front desk from day one and they did nothing above it. I was just disappointed for the price we paid per night. The shuttle was only offered once a day, that only to certain parks for pick up and drop at a fixed time.

Good breakfast , clean room and property , comfortable bed , plenty of pillows , good location , plenty of parking . Room was on the smaller side , the resort fee was a ripoff .

Love the extra activity that provide， ok enough distance to shopping areas

ANA WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY...VERY PROFESSIONAL...( Everything nice and dandy.. except I had to pay a resort fee and parking... I had a sofa bed but when I went downstairs to ask for a blanket they gave me the blanket but they told me they had no more pillows..( really ? ) 😩😩 ??

The hotel has excellent service with wonderful staff all the time especially a young gentleman named Nicholas. hi is very kind, respectful, attentive, and does his job very well.

At the entrance in the lobby you can guess the rooms and the hotel would be dirty, sofas and chairs in the lobby very dirty and old, rooms smell very very bad, we all got sick, bathroom is another nightmare, every time we take a shower the water goes everywhere and the water in the tub get accumulated with a very bad smell and color. Sheets and blankets poor quality and you feel it’s not clean, we had to buy blankets and sheets from Walmart for the kids, my brother couldn’t use the sofa bed as it was dirty and smelly, again we had to buy an air mattress from Walmart for him, and we had to throw it away after. Overall I will not book this hotel for our upcoming Orlando stay never again, and I will not recommend it to any of my friends and family.

The only problem that I had, it was the transpotation to the parks it was just in a especific time too late fot some parks and the returned was too early

Hotel seem to be having some leaking issues, right next to the elevator and in the lobby restroom they had a bucket catching the water. They were in process of repairing. Our room AC was not awesome. Never quite seemed to cool the room down but it was very hot outside. My whole family has long hair which sucks when there isn’t good water pressure. Location and amenities were absolutely awesome. Despite all I would stay again.

Love rooms is clean, breakfast is great and entertainment is amazing 👍

This hotel never disappoints. We’ve stayed here at least 3 times. Always clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

My family and I decided to stay here because it looked like a nice hotel and breakfast was included. To our surprise breakfast was not pleasant at all. A employee the goes by "Gloria" approached me rudely. She screamed at me asking for my hotel key as other family passed me and she didnt stop them to ask for the hotel key. I proceed to show her my key and told her she didnt need to scream at me. I decided to leave and come back down with my family. When I did she once again scream at me and ask only me for the hotel key after I had already showed her my key. She then proceed to follow me around the breakfast area making rude comments. I finally gave her a piece of my mind and told her that she was singling me out for being hispanic and that she need to leave me alone. She proceed to walk up to my son and ask him why I had such a bad attitude. My son told her that she was being disrespectful and to please walk away. We went to put a complaint in the front desk and they could care less. The manager didnt even walk out of her office to see what was going on. All they did was give us printer paper and asked us to write down what happen. It shameful how they handle us. We will never do business with Holiday Inn again.
