受付の方々からレストランの方々、皆さん感じが良く、とても清潔で気分良く利用できました！子供のパジャマも用意頂き、色々お礼が言いたかったのですが、アウトの際は無人形式でしたのでこちらに記します。また利用いたしますありがとうございました！

新しくて スタッフも、親切で 使いやすかった！ 駐車場も、ゆったりしていて停めやすかったわ 朝食 最近 味が 落ちたかな… 1年前のルートインは、美味しかったわ。 でも 種類があるから助かりますね 部屋も 良く掃除されていますから、気持ち良いですね！ 眺めも良いですね！ ランドリーも、 とても 早く出来て 便利ですからね インターからも近いので 便利ですからね ロビーコーナーに、コーヒーが有ります

フロントの対応もスムーズに、部屋も綺麗。 浴場もあるし旅の疲れも癒やされます。 サウナがある店舗にも泊まってみたいと思ってます。 駐車場も満車。 朝食も有難い🥞ご飯🍚がもう少しだけ美味しかったらな〜って贅沢ですね、、、。 また利用させて頂きます。

最寄り駅からは遠いですが、施設は新しくきれいです。朝食は品数は少ないですが、よい感じです。ただ、料理がいくつか無くなっていて補充が間に合ってないものがありました。

初めての佐久平に娘と伺いました! リニューアル１年記念に 美味しいカップラーメンを二種類頂きました。 ツインルームで窓も開けられて 部屋も丁度よい広さで ノンビリ出来ました! 過去の伊勢原や二本松のレストランおいしかったのに ついた日の夕食が ガッカリ 朝食も 補充されないし 過去最低のルートイン佐久平のレストランでした しかたないから、外に夕食頂きに行きました。 スタッフの皆様は良かったのに レストランがガッカリしました
