“Nice Resort on Long Beach” Want a Sands is a nice resort on one of the best beaches in Thailand. Pool Access room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very good. Lots of variety for either western or Thai food and very tasty. The staff at the resort are top-notch. Derek the manager and his team are committed to you enjoying your stay at the resort. Lots of families at the resort but also a great location for couples wanting to experience a wonderful resort on a beautiful beach in Koh Lanta. Highly recommend “Fabulous location on the beach! ” Fabulous hotel overall. Fantastic location next to the beach, and there was so many pools to use. We had a room with pool access and it was fantastic. The only thing, I wish the fitness room would’ve been slightly bigger but it was still good. Would definitely stay here again! All the staff at reception were lovely and made sure to always help when it was needed! Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the stay was a little bit tainted by the lack of sleep- we had a room facing the road and were awoken by the hotel security alarm every night between 1-3am. It seemed a dog was setting off the alarm but it was just a bit disappointing that it wasn’t til our 5th night of being woken up that they turned off the alarm Room- overall the room was kept quite clean, and was fairly basic and maybe not as modern as other places. Shower was ok but the temperature was hard to stay constant and kept burning hot Location- on long beach the location was excellent, close to many other restaurants and bars and most people rent bikes to get around this island which I felt safe doing from the hotel Facilities- pool is excellent, beautiful infinity with a view of the beach. Lots of loungers which do get snapped up pretty fast but the hotel has a policy to try to avoid people reserving loungers. Massages also available on the beach next to the pool and hotel restaurant (though more expensive than other places nearby) serves good food and has a good happy hour on its cocktails which are great.

Rawi Warin Resort in Thailand hosted our destination wedding, and we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. As a couple from different countries who met in a foreign land but now reside together, we sought an intimate wedding with 33 guests. Rawi Warin stood out among the 20 resorts we researched on Krabi/Ko Lanta due to its remarkable beauty and elegant ambiance, ultimately leading us to book our wedding there. Throughout the planning process, the resort's communication was frequent and efficient, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival three days before the wedding, we were struck by the well-maintained gardens, picturesque pond, and exquisite buildings, all of which contributed to the resort's appeal. The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Rawi Warin and its dedicated team for their contribution to making our wedding a memorable occasion. We recommend the resort for couples seeking a picturesque destination wedding experience.

We arrived to the Twin Lotus Resort, a day early of our booking, and the resort was able to accommodate us. We stayed in private plunge pool suite and thought it was quite nice and private. The resort is on a beautiful long stretch of beach, great for walking as it is very flat, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast included was large and good and we had one meal in the beachfront restaurant, which we found expensive compared to nearby restaurants and the food was average. The infinity pool and grounds are well-kept and very pretty. There is two other pool areas that we did not use. We were surprised to learn (and excited ) that the last two nights of our stay, we were upgraded to a beachfront bungalow, because of a minor toilet issue in our first room. It was a lovely room and so nice to be close to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A hotel with a beautiful garden by a very nice beach. Nice swimming pools, normal food, nothing fancy. However, in Thailand it is best to be in the city. The rooms are very large, you have to wait a bit for hot water, but I assume that in Ko Lancia they don't know the water circulation system 🙈 The hotel is worth recommending, definitely a plus, as a starting point for various trips around Ko Lanta and the surrounding islands. Ko Lanta itself, I am delighted with the climate, views, cuisine, and very nice Thai people. From trips I recommend snorkeling or diving to Ko Ha, Ko Bida, Phi Phi. Super kayak trip in the Andaman sea and mangrove forests. A visit to the elephant sanctuary is also interesting. Trips bought at local offices, much cheaper than from Itaka's office. Thailand is amazing, I will definitely come back to it.

We stayed here 1 night to extend our trip in Ko Lanta, wished we would have stayed longer! The lady on the reception was patient and helpful with us, very friendly. The room is lovely, good bathroom and shower. The bed is comfortable and it was very quiet as well and the lighting in the room was really nice. Highly recommended staying here, even longer periods. Both pools are nice to swim, amazing view from them. Restaurant was lovely, very good service and food. The bar next to it is nice to watch the sunset and enjoy cocktails. Plus, they'll rent scooters, helps you get transfers tuktuks or boats, very helpful. 5/5.

Sri Lanta Resort: Highly recommended Stayed at Sri Lanta Resort for 5 nights and had an extremely enjoyable/relaxing experience. The room was top shelf. Nice big comfortable bed with a fantastic view over-looking the sea. Very clean. Great air-con. Mini-fridge. Balcony. Extremely nice bathroom with double sinks. Give the room two thumbs up. A little bit of a walk up-hill but it’s not a mountain. Easy solution if you rent a scooter. Food was really good. Good balance between Thai and western food. Fruit shakes were on point. Restaurant is on the beach with a great sunset. Ordered room service with a pizza one evening. The manager and staff were beyond amazing. Nice and friendly. When checking-in to the resort, the manager escorted us to the hotel room himself. He was deadly awesome. Providing so much useful information on: what to do, where to go, how to do it etc. Great recommendations during our visit on the island. And extremely helpful. Transport your luggage up and down the hill to & from your hotel room when checking-in & checking-out was a bonus. Also, the staff were exceptional with transportation to and from Ko Lanta (pick up & drop off). Resort is quiet and spacious. A great place to do some relaxing. Chill out on the beach or hang out by the pool; both are nice relaxing options. There are 3 pools on the resort. The hotel is located in the middle of Ko Lanta island. So again, hiring a scooter is recommended. Kept it simple and rented from the hotel itself. Mu Ko Lanta National Park is a 20-minute ride south. Lanta Old Town is a 20-minute ride east. There are a small handful of good restaurants within walking distance too. If you are in the mood for a tasty burger, I highly recommend Hungry Shack just up the road (5 mins walk north). All in all, Sri Lanta is a great resort and highly recommended.

The most satisfying hotel of this Tyrande trip is the Layana Hotel on Koh Lanta. It is quiet and comfortable. It is only for adults. The beach is 40 minutes away from the room. The restaurant is also facing the sea. The breakfast is rich in variety , Watching the sea while eating delicious food is so healing! Sindee, the hotel housekeeper, is a Chinese who has worked in Thailand for many years. He is warm and kind, which makes us feel very safe. The other hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. Our flight time is just in line with the hotel pick-up time, and the pick-up girls have hotels The nanny car picked us up, and the general manager came out to see us off before we left. Next time I have a chance to visit Koh Lanta, I would like to continue to live here. The price/performance ratio is very high!

The hotel service is very good, they are very enthusiastic, and they greet us when they see people. My mother is allergic, so I helped my mother replace all the scented bedding. The room is very clean and tidy, and all the rooms can see the sea. I found that the sea view of the smallest villa room will be partially blocked, but the mountain better. My room is on the top, and my mother is in the first row facing the beach, with a good view. The hotel has a swimming pool and a restaurant. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. In a small bay, the waves are not big enough to go into the water. The food in the restaurant is very good and the price is not expensive. It is about the same price as I went to the Diamond Cliff Restaurant. We ate three meals in the hotel. The hotel has a car to send to all parts of the island, and each place has a price list. We chartered a car for half a day and four hours, 2,500 baht. Go to the beach 10 kilometers away, 400 baht one way, I think the price is also very good. You can call the hotel to pick it up at Saladan Pier. This is free, but it seems that it is not delivered. Horse * chicken needs to be reserved, very cheap, Thai massage technique is very good, only 600 baht per person for 50 minutes. And it feels very good to face the sea. The elder sister who massages is very careful and will observe your various expressions to pay attention to the severity. My dad gave an early tip of 100 baht, and actually gave him an extra 20 minutes.

We stayed in the deluxe bungalow garden view, a huge room with a large bathroom. Great shower with lots of hot water. The TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other apps. The bed is comfortable, hard pillows though. Our room overlooked a nicely kept garden and we could also see the sea which was about a 100 meter walk. This resort is located at the beginning of long beach. Beach restaurants start right beside it and continue down the 6 km beautiful beach. The beach is sandy with no coral to dodge while getting in. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. A 5 minute 150 baht tuk tuk ride takes you into town. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.
