Comfortable beds, cleaning is not very good but the staff, the pool, the beach and the breakfast very nice! Easy and affordable to book a tour, motorbikes. Almost everybody speaks very good English. The Songkran was cool and fun. Nice clothes to buy and ok prices.

From the moment I asked to see.rooms prior to booking and extending my stay twice everything was great. Staff were fantastic, location great, and room was fine. Book a deluxe room with balcony in the main building would be my recommendation unless your on a tighter budget.

Just had 5 nights at Cookies Hotel and it was faultless. Location was great, rooms were clean and air conditioning worked brilliantly. Staff were lovely and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - great hotel on a great beach.

We only stayed one night at Cookies Ko Chang on the way from Ko Kut to Trat Airport, but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The service was very friendly, the location on the best part of White Sand Beach was also very good. The beach restaurants and bars were in the immediate vicinity, but the hotel was still pleasantly quiet (at least in the rooms on the sea side, the hillside area is certainly a bit noisier because of the road). The gently sloping beach is ideal for swimming, and the view of the island's mountains is very beautiful. Our room was more than spacious and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We didn't find the breakfast room particularly exciting, it urgently needs a remodel. The breakfast buffet wasn't outstanding, but it was OK. For people looking for a solid mid-range hotel with good value for money and a casual atmosphere, it's definitely a good choice. It's hard to find a better location on White Sand Beach for this price. We would check in here again in a heartbeat.

Ich bewerte das Hotel mit 2 Sternen, da trotz des an der Zimmertür angebrachte Schild "nicht stören" diese geöffnet wurde. Die Beachtung gehört für mich zu den Mindeststandards jedes Hotels Anschließend kamen mehrere Hotelmitarbeiter ins Zimmer und es wurden Möbel getauscht. Ein Tisch mit Stühlen wurde aus dem Hotelzimmer auf den Balkon gestellt. Die Sachen von mir, die sich darauf befanden, wurden im Raum verteilt, teilweise auf den Boden gelegt. Nach 5 Minuten war der Spuk vorbei und ich musste danach alles wieder zusammenräumen. So etwas darf nicht vorkommen. Ich hoffe das das Hotelmanagement diese Rezension ließt und daraus Verbesserungen vornimmt.
