Haadlad Prestige Resort

Our hotels restaurant was temporarily closed so we came here which was next door. The first time we came, we ordered food and after 50 minutes we still hadn’t had our food. And it was only crispy pork. We came again and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but again waited an hour for a carbonara, after multiple times asking them where our food was. All the food came out at different times, I didn’t even end up eating. And our drinks even came after our food. One of our drinks came out and had flies in because it had taken so long. I said I didn’t want to pay for it but would still like it and they cancelled my order. But no one told me. So we just said can we pay and they brought it out. And instead of being apologetic and friendly she was rude. I told her I didn’t want to pay for any of it because the service was so bad and we all had waited so long to eat. The staff were rude, waving us off when we wanted to talk to them. Just a really unprofessional establishment. I would not recommend.
