Very good and cozy hotel close to the city center. Friendly and helpful employees, very good room. Breakfast is not at the level of the hotel!

The hotel has a nice and private location, although the beach is not very large. The rooms are large and have a good bathroom. The weak sides of the hotel are the high prices in the restaurant relative to comparable places in Koh Samet and the service quality of the personell at the reception and in the restaurant. It appears that they need more training. Example: at the outside buffet, the little butter plastic containers are on a plate without any cooling device (e.g., ice cubes) as of 6:30 and, moreover, placed right next to the continously running toaster, which makes the butter extremely soft. A few ice cubes and a different position would improve this so much.

The part that surprises me about the hotel is its seaside restaurant. You can not only enjoy the sea view during dinner, but also the delicious seafood🦞BBQ; the hotel has a private beach with fine sand, which is very suitable for swimming🏊‍♀️I got up early on the first day of the Thai New Year Go to the beach to swim and pray in the sea: Happy New Year Thai! Shockingly bad resort. Noise from building work all day and noise from an appalling band all night. We came to relax. Not much chance of that. Appalling. All that is crass, down market and base is associated with this place. Really not sure how we will endure the next few days.

A good hotel with clean rooms placer by the see and kindly service from the staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. The staff don’t understand a lot of English but we manage anyway to Get around. The Reading for only 3 stars comes because of the evening fireshow, where they ude some kind of petrolium that smells so bad that you hardly Can sit around and defently not eat. The smell sticks around the rest of the evening and also the following day. It’s really a shame, because everything else is very good
