Super friendly staff, and they were very hospitable and willing to help with anything.
The airline misplaced my bag, and when it arrived at the hotel on a later date, the reception called me straight away to let me know that it had arrived.
The restaurant served a good variety of tasty food at a very reasonable price.
My only criticism is that I think the air conditioning unit in my room needed a bit of maintenance: it took a long time to cool the room, which is not ideal in Thailand!
Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and felt it was a fair price for what was offered.

A little way outside the main action zone but still walkable, the beach is a 2 minute walk although it’s quite a litter full beach. Maybe others on the island are better? Hotel is basic but sufficient for a short stay and reccomend the restaurant in the hotel it’s brilliant food and great value.

酒店就很小，前台樓梯大門都窄窄的，不過衞生還是做得很乾凈的，除了入住的時候床單很明顯的污漬，給工作人員反應後馬上就更換了，工作人員都很友善，入住和退房的效率都很高。但是酒店所在的地段很中心，出來很多餐廳和便利店，去海灘也非常近轉過彎就到了。

Schönes, günstiges Hostel, jedoch war es sehr warm im ganzen Hostel und sehr stickig. Insgesamt lässt es sich jedoch für ein paar Nächte gut und günstig aushalten. Würde es weiterempfehlen.

前台、客房服務人員非常熱情好客，服務意識非常主動，距離蘇梅島最好的沙灘～查汶海灘僅步行3分鐘就到。酒店設施一般，稍顯陳舊，但就這價位來説也算符合的。總之單人度假還是滿適合的。
