I have been to many countries and have lived in many hotels. I am a 0-reviewer. It may be because I used to do hotel management. I know that the service industry is not good, so whether it is a 6-8 star hotel in Europe or America, it is still ordinary. Express Hotel never evaluates. But regarding this hotel, I would like to comment on it. It is convenient for Chinese people to refer to. The following reviews are purely personal experience: 1. The front desk guy was very good at check-in, very happy when staying. 2, the bedroom on the right does not know if there is no change of bedding (pure personal opinion) some sand, indoor lighting is dark, let the old public mobile phone flashlight, the sheets are wrinkled and stained, we switched to the left room, here Very clean and very comfortable, I am glad that it is two bedrooms. 3. When I was having breakfast the next day, I couldn’t smile at the European and American guests. When I arrived at us, I was full of face. It’s even more sad that my husband had a small donkey because there were a few guests next to it. The reputation of the hotel, the husband has not made a sound, until the waiter passed, the husband smiled and did not speak, pointing to the cockroaches on the plate, but the restaurant did not have any explanation and sorry, it does not seem to matter, I asked her husband why not complain Husband said that, people do not have the heart, it is not easy to do business, it is even more sad to be speechless, when you go, a fat lady seems to be responsible for the lady to pull the face to ask us to pay, we say our room is included Breakfast, the lady said a lot of unhappy, I showed her the phone order, she was not happy and said a bunch and then called us to the front desk, I gave them the phone order, then They said that they had been looking for a long time on the computer for a long time, and took out their own orders for a long time. Then the desk confirmed that there was something that made me feel ashamed that the restaurant lady looked at me very angry. At the first glance, I turned around and left, and they cooled us there. The whole process of the hotel on the hygiene of the food and the management of the hotel's internal orders and attitudes, all the behavior without any explanation and apology, we only want to be respected, too bully This internal management really makes me speechless. 4, Chinese people who are not good at English are not recommended to stay, because there is no Chinese service, or you do not know what happened. It is recommended that hotels do not like Chinese people to stay, you can write only welcome European and American guests. Sometimes praise is also... The above is purely personal experience, only for reference

This Ctrip set up this, No. 23 to No. 27, No. 23 direct flight, arrived at the hotel only at 9 o'clock, directly handled the check-in, because there is room available, if not, wait until 2 pm! The environment is the same as the picture, the room is not big overall, we are 5 years old children, don't want to be too tired, suitable for a daze, quietly staying at the beach for a few days, there is a big tree, there are loungers and cushions under the tree, many foreigners When we lived, there were Chinese people coming every day. Ctrip said that the children had to pay for the breakfast. After two days, the children did not eat there. As a result, we asked him about the breakfast of the children, no cost, no other The bed fee, a 3 person we are enough to sleep! Everyday breakfast has rice and local meat dishes, western bread, milk, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, and the hotel is right by the sea, eating daily against the sea! The beach sand is not too thin, but it can also be played barefoot. There is fine sand at the side, as if the villa over there is pulled over! It’s good to walk along the beach! Eating at the hotel is expensive and not enough. We have crossed the road in Chinatown, or walked along the main road to Chavon. There are local restaurants. It is cheap. We Sichuanese can eat fried rice and fried noodles. There is a barbecue stall in the evening, you can find it by going out and walking! If you can go long or rent a motorcycle to get to that night market! There is a taxi service not far from the hotel entrance. It is 400 beads to Chavon and the airport! Overall cost-effective! The hotel directly asked if it was 2000 beads a night! Chaweng’s beach has also gone, the sand is very thin, but the individual feels that it is not clean, there are many people. The place where Chawen eats can basically pay for Alipay. If you eat a fried ice cream, you can pay for it, so look at what style you want. The main road is full of the whole family and 711. The whole family used Alipay's overseas red envelopes to invite each other very well these days!

Quite hard to write an objective review in the context of the limited pandemic reopening . In line with most establishments in Thailand , many facilities like the restaurant hadn't opened at the time I visited . Well located , only a few hundred yards from the beach , and a few minutes walk to the main road , where you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants . Nice , well maintained , decent sized pool . The rooms are modern , comfortable , and spotlessly clean . Didier , the owner , was charming and welcoming . I just hope that business picks up for him ( and other owners ) .

Perched in rm 120 overlooking the Gulf just metres away from my 2nd floor balcony, this is where you want to be for an intimate ocean beach experience. Large shady tree in front provided welcome relief from afternoon sun. Great spot to enjoy morning tea, reading, internet browsing, happy hr. (Good WiFi throughout). The narrow beach is raked/cleaned daily. The sea was clear most days; depth drops off fairly quickly and, at 26/27C, ideal for swimming! The on-grounds smallish pool was kept immaculate, although located uncomfortably close for my liking to the facing ‘beach front’ rooms (so no sense of privacy). The room itself was spacious, bright & modern. No ornamentation. No drawer storage for clothing. A bit Spartan. I complained about the hardness of the bed mattress, so the kind & cheerful housekeeping staff added a 2.5 cm padding cover, which helped. Roomy washroom with push-open window; glassed-in shower stall had excellent hot water pressure. TV was useless since the channel menu is very limited; no BBC, Al Jazeera, CNN, etc. On arrival Nov. 14, I negotiated an inclusive breakfast into my 26-night price w. the gracious manager, Pom, who also met & transferred me from the airport. At the time the hotel was undergoing expansion construction which included a bar/dining area and professional kitchen. Now that that work is complete the breakfast deficiencies I experienced -- cramped seating, virtually no selection variation, undrinkable coffee, bland unhealthy white bread -- presumably have been -- or soon will be -- rectified. (This experience brought my stay rating down a star.) If you opt for a non-incl. breakfast room rate, the Village restaurant across the lane serves up a superior & cheaper one (at least did so back in December); for something more upscale, try nearby About Café. I'd stay at Baan Fah again. Mae Nam Village is quiet but lots of restaurants, pubs/bars & other amenities within easy walking distance, incl: outstanding café & roastery Hachiya, spacious well-organized gym, good hair salon across from About Café, fab massage shop Nan Maenam. If you crave more excitement & adventure, you can rent a motorbike from the mom & pop bike shop nearby the hotel. Final word of praise to the entire Baan Fah staff... with special kudos to the saintly Neung at reception who helped make my stay so agreeable.

Service attitude is very good, breakfast is relatively simple and single, the villa is very suitable for a family to live together, you can cook for yourself, but far from shopping and the beach, taxi is very expensive, the road to go out is very small, the hotel location is relatively partial, Su Several beaches in Mei Island are so dirty that I heard that it was contaminated by garbage.
