Great Stay at AC 2 Resort. They were hospitable, welcoming and super friendly. The rooms were clean and the location was superb. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and parties.

Location is right by beach and the rooms are big. The balcony view is beautiful you can see the beach and it’s also green and lush. Service staff fulfilled all of our requests but we felt they weren’t too friendly compared to other hotels. You need to ask for your room to be cleaned. The shower flooded the bathroom so I think they have an issue with drainage, probably an easy fix. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for the location and room size.

Very nice, clean, well-designed hotel. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Comfortable bed. Located in the middle of the street, equidistant from the pier and the end of the street. Nearby is a restaurant, popular clubs. There is a shop in 5 minutes, 7/11 in 10 minutes, as well as shops for everything for boat trips. The staff was always ready to help. We were taken to the pier for free on the way back. I recommend!

I think this is the best location on Koh Tao. In the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants, farmacy, tour sellers... Room was nice, well-equipped, clean and cosy. Breakfast was basic with a few choices every morning. Nothing special but ok. The bar is highlight of this property. Good drinks, good vibe.. As well all over the beach area.

Very friendly people who where really helpful with everything. We sent them a message up front and they picked us up at the pier. Rooms where very clean and cleaned every day. We had the room in the back of the garden, so no wind from the sea. So mosquitos where present. However, you can expect this in Thailand, and so not something the hotel can do something about. Inside the room we didn’t have any issues though. Airco was very good. Shower nice and spacious. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

We had cool round bungalow that reminded us of the Flintstones. The décor and atmosphere of the room was really cool and we were very satisfied with it. Hotels restaurant is also quite good and they have a fair amount of breakfast options to choose from. Staff was really helpful with our covid-test appointments and all the paperwork which was a huge help for us!

We booked 2 weeks from our. departure with some doubts but it was replaced on our arrival by the location, the kindness of the staff and above all by the beautiful spacious and well-furnished rooms all in a beautiful well-kept garden and a stone's throw from the beach and I forgot ... the breakfast varied and plentiful !! !I advise

At first glance a beautiful bungalow complex in a very well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the service needs to be improved in various respects. I have stayed in three different bungalows and the WiFi is unavailable in some bungalows. The speed is also greatly reduced at night, so teleworking is not possible. Some of the bungalows have a problem with geckos and rodents nesting in the roof framework and are very noisy. These can only be scared away temporarily by using very strong-smelling chemicals. I had to leave my bungalow after a few days because the smell was unbearable. Unfortunately, I was not proactively offered pet-free accommodation, only after multiple complaints. It is interesting that each cleaning costs 500 THB. Cleaning is usually included in the price of hotels. The garbage is not emptied, only after umpteen request. I was left with a huge black garbage bag in front of my bungalow to collect garbage for weeks because none of the staff was willing to empty the bin. The friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired with a few exceptions. Very atypical for Thailand.
