前台服務很熱情，房間有小度，早餐有蝦仁，如果再有個麪條或米粉就更好了。周圍飯館手工麪，拌麪也都不錯。

房子雖不大，但是乾淨，舒適。早餐雖然種類不多，但是夠吃，口味還不錯。比較讚的是在餐廳照呼客人的李師傅，一口西北話，倍感親切，服務態度和禮儀都不錯，雖然已經是50多歲的大叔，給他一個大大的贊。客房的田大姐和閆大姐很有服務意識。一次愉快的出行

房間大，裝修豪華，還有智能系統，早餐很豐富，地暖非常熱，有點過於熱了有時候開窗户都沒用，沒有空調設施能降温。

入住的房間天花蓋開着，所有的排氣均從這個口出，導致房間悶熱，又不讓調房，那跟前台説可以補差價嗎，説不行。叫了門衞爺爺上來看，又不懂修，最後叫個小妹來，已經快深夜11點半了，最差的住店體驗，沒有之一，客服需要培訓處理應對這種客滿又突發的情況！

住了一個星期，衞生每天就是簡單打掃，床單被罩沒換過。早餐也一言難盡，説的8點半到10點半，結果9點多去都沒吃的了，話説讓明天早點來吃，這難道不是酒店早餐準備的不充分嘛，還怪顧客來晚了。

前台服務態度好，有需要打電話很快就會解決需求，酒店新開的，原以為會有味道結果是沒有味道的，工作人員説開業前散了半年的味道，這點值得表揚。酒店環境也蠻好的，這個價位性價比很高了，下次還會來住。

算是鹿兒嶺比較好的酒店了，新開的，環境好，早餐好，價格便宜。（跟同級別豪華酒店比的話價格相當便宜了）值得一説的是早餐，早餐種類挺豐富的，有包子，涼菜，還有好多……房間衞生打掃的好，原以為靠馬路的房間可能會有點吵，結果竟然沒有，這點挺好的，還有就是前台比拉力小哥哥，人好好啊，半夜兩點多有點小插曲需要送點東西，好像是客房下班了自己給我送上來的，贊👍

房間設備都挺新的，衞生相對別的店來説是乾淨的，店在黃金海岸商鋪外面，附近的美食也多。前台一進門都客客氣氣的，有賓至如歸的感覺。值得推薦！
