The triple room I booked on Ctrip was completely inconsistent with the one I actually stayed in. 出差經常入住這家酒店，這次來的體驗感真的不好，首先入住時候需要300塊錢的按金，以前住重來沒交過按金，再説酒店的按金一般是200，你們酒店幾星級？前台有位年齡大的服務態度太差，問按金是怎麼規定，告知説房間有消費，隨便編造的理由説房間內有提供自費的飲料和其它消費品存在，但實際房間未提供，衹是編造的理由任意解釋欺騙客户。房間設施老舊，床旁插線板已經從牆裡出來存在安全隱患，房間衞生打掃的真一般，房間頂上還有蜘蛛網，洗澡水小，作為酒店的老顧客對酒店的管理很不滿意。
