Clean. Ambience in the room is nice and relax. Can easily get here by using a grab car. The staff is friendly. Very quiet!!

The bed is so nice and fluffy. Room is clean as well and the staff is friendly. The view is lovely with the city view and Mount Kinabalu view as well, but the water village is distracted the view 😅overall, it is a very good place for staying overnight. Cheers!

Comfortable room, spacious, has its own terrace with a pleasant view. Staff were friendly and welcoming. No need to worry about car park space because is autopay services. Restaurants and 24H store is easy to be found around the hotel. Is a perfect place for introverts, quiet and calm surroundings. A family room with such affordable price. Love it!

Love the design and decoration room.most all furnitures are new.friendly and welcoming staff and most important things wifi internet at the room is very fast. Strategic place.good for traveler,couple,business and family trip for the hotel

Comfy bed, all amenities included, even umbrella provided, Tenom coffee for free is the best as i like Tenom coffee.. Overall satisfied with this hotel. Minus the parking rate (not hotel parking), other than that, all is satisfied. Recommend the room with the balcony if available.
