Хост заранее ни как не связался со мной, я сам написал ему и предупредил когда приеду, в ответе ни каких инструкций не сказал. Когда приехали, он перестал отвечать на сообщения и я прождал ответа почти два часа в холле! Пока не вмешалась поддержка трип, ничего не двигалось. Заселили, когда вышли на связь быстро. А не отвечали как выяснилось, что единственный контакт, который указан в прифиле при бронировании, уснул! А тот кто должен был встречать из-за этого не знал, что мы приехали.
В целом это можно назвать как маленький гостиничный номер, наверное 15-17 квадратов. Уставший достаточно сильно, но при этом всё чистое было(кроме пятен на прстельном, которые видимо не отстирываются)
Нам выпал номер с видом на ДВЕ перекрёстные железные дороги и мечеть! (Смотри фото - это вид из окна) Сказать что в номере, шумно, ничего не сказать) кроме как в период с 1 до 4 ночи.
Включён бассейн и тренажёрный, но там не были и думаю исходя из количества и качества проживающих в жк, там делать нечего.
Исходя из всего сказанного, рекомендовать данное место не могу, кроме как если не на долго, либо нужна именно эта локация.

no way to contact the agency to arrange key pick up because the contact number shown in ********** is not a valid number
didnt receive any email in advance so we didnt know that we have to register at the security guide.
already asked the management office but the officer there has no clue which agency that i book for which ********** confirmation didnt show up..
ending up the officer called another agency people to come and realised that i am not booked with them, they then advised me to go register with the security guide...
the security guide do not speak english very fluently, only able to communicate with simple english..
in the bedrooms, only 2 power sockets underneath the table, very inconvenient..
however the location is great, quite close to monorail station and easy to walk to the tourist spots nearby!
gym and pool are fine

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Residency! The location was perfect, just minutes away from Jalan Alor. The apar**ent was sparkling clean. The view from the unit was absolutely wonderful. Host provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay special.
