For me booking the room with trip.com was a very good experience.The issue that i had was related to the services received at the hotel. I understand that the date that i selected was a prime date (holiday festival), i believe the management should look into this for the benefit of providing a good customer experience to the customer. I noticed that the room cleaner was the only one cleaner to clear the whole floor, resulting for me and my family to be able to check in finally around 7pm. The cleaner looks tired, room cleaned but I need to ask for few items after that. No complementary gift or anything but I am very happy because the men at the concierge section was very helpful. He managed to help us with one room first while waiting for the second room to be available for us. I hope Hilton, being a five star hotel will improve on this as it really impact our staying experience with Hilton
