Great location and room is spacious and we'll equipped. Good amenities. Service staff very helpful despite the crowd.

Place is next to 2 malls with lots of food and supermarkets. It’s in a atas area and you feel quite safe. The concierge is very good attitude and helpfulness. Even gave a free room upgrade. Lifts are very fast and no congestion issues. Overall a great stay

Strategy location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is impressive.

Very nice stay with my spouse. I celebrate his birthday at nearby restaurants, which a lot of choices around. Nice location indeed. Helpful and friendly staff.

If you’re visiting Mont Kiara, Hyatt House is the perfect destination. Great location, lovely staff, clean and spacious rooms. Right next door is the 163 mall where there are many food options and some shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re visiting friends in the area. (Don’t stay here if you’re hoping to tour the city centre).

Overall it's an unpleasant experience due to some hygiene issues where no efforts were taken to do housekeeping on filthy dust areas. No sense of effort was seen to make sure this dust accumulated areas were kept clean. The rest are good with no issues. Thanks.

Very far from the center city , Malaysian are a good ppl friendly and helpful people. I didn’t was satisfied with the view and the pool also the room service.
