Parken kann man überall in Schongau kostenlos zwischen 18.oo und 9.oo , einige öffentliche Parkbuchten sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Vom Begriff Komfortdoppelzimmer sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten, aber die Betten waren bequem. Eine Radiokonsole mit dem Original Chic der 70iger lässt vermuten, dass die letzte Renovierung schon verjährt sein dürfte. Die nahe liegende , übrigens sehenswerte Mariä Himmelfahrt Kirche läutet den Tag ausgiebig um 6.oo Uhr morgens ein, das kann man mögen, muss es aber nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann für derzeit 14 Euro auch von externen Gästen gebucht werden, das ist es auch durchaus wert, wenn man denn morgens schon so viel essen kann. Insgesamt hinterlässt das Hotel keinen bleibenden Eindruck - weder positiv noch negativ.

In zentraler Lage in Schongau liegt das Hotel mit teilweise renovierten Zimmern. Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade in eon schönes Zimmer im 2. Stock. Frühstücksleistung befriedigend, insgesamt ok, aber kein bleibender Eindruck.
