This was an absolutely lovely stay. The room was clean, and when the staff cleaned the room while I was out, they went above and beyond, organizing everything, and everything perfect. The staff was fantastic and very attentive, especially Sherry Aaron (thank you so much for everything!). Location, staff, rooms were all wonderful. Highly recommend.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, considering its 5 stars and location in downtown Kunming. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well appointed, with a lovely bath(with very hot water which I often find lacking) and a shower with great water pressure. The only downsides were that I found the room itself(not the bathroom) to be a bit outdated in terms of the fixtures and fittings. Also, the gentleman who checked me in wasn’t particularly friendly. He couldn’t speak English(which is not a problem at all, although I would expect it in a five star hotel) but he didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire check in process until he gave me my key. There’s much more to communication than just language and I felt his customer service skills were a bit lacking considering his position on a reception desk.

The stay was very comfortable, the 2-meter bed was big enough, the breakfast was very rich, there were so many varieties, it was dazzling, you can eat 6 eggs per egg, hot orange juice, and yogurt sold in the mall, you can drink all kinds of coffee, flower cakes, hand-picked ones Pancakes, pancakes, fruits, etc. There are also popcorn, chicken buns, etc. in the children's area. The restaurant is very big. I took photos of them all. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

I really enjoyed my stay at this stylish boutique hotel. All staff treated me kindly and professionally. I forgot my charger and the reception found me a working replacement. On the second day of taking breakfast, the waiting staff remembered that I have coffee and made it straightaway! I There were lots of little touches that I enjoyed in this hotel. The art on the walls of the lobby, the design, the fruit platter on arrival, the discount to the next door brewery bar…lots of thoughtful touches.

I think the hotel's service is a bit rigid. It was only on the day of departure that I saw that the hotel had airport pick-up service, so I immediately contacted the front desk, but the front desk told me that I had to contact it 24 hours in advance. I felt that the service was very rigid for such a big hotel. , there is no B&B that is humane. The hotel room is small, but the environment inside is pretty good and the hygiene seems to be very clean. The hotel is very close to Green Lake. It only takes 5 or 6 minutes to walk to this location. I am very satisfied with it. (I have to complain that Ctrip’s hotels are more expensive than those booked on Qunar.com. The hotel is not in the downtown area and the surroundings are very quiet. It is a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street. The facilities are the standard guest house configuration, but the sanitary standards are definitely up to standard. The only breakfast that needs to be spit is very few: rice noodles, a green vegetable, a sausage, two or three steamed potatoes, one fruit, three pasta.
