Yunnan Dianchi Sunshine Inn (soon to be renamed Rose Inn and Rose Hall Living Room. Address: Building B8, Camellia Garden, Phase 2, Tingtao Yayuan near Haigeng Dam, Yunnan) is of very poor quality. It only charges money but does not provide any services. (For example: not doing hygiene, not changing bed sheets and quilt covers, not changing bath towels and towels in time, etc.) The landlady is a dark-skinned woman with spots on her face, and she doesn’t look like a good person at first glance. Renting other people's houses as B&Bs to make dirty money. A group of ***********, drunkards and *********** have lived in the room for a long time. You can hear the howling of ghosts and wolves every night late at night, which is very scary and depressing to live in. In the dark night, the house and its surroundings were silent and eerie, and the whole house was filled with an atmosphere of panic, as if the end of the earth was coming. The wind outside howled coldly, and from time to time I could hear the rustle of leaves blown by the wind. At midnight, there was a sudden howl, and then a black shadow passed over the window, as if the darkness was about to swallow everything. I was frightened. The palms of my hands were sweating, the soles of my feet were numb, and my whole body was sweating. I didn’t dare to think too much and just looked forward to the arrival of dawn! The publicity on Ctrip’s website is completely deceptive, the kind that deceives people and then leaves them at their mercy (if they get in, they will be under their control and it will not be easy to escape), especially for tourists from other places. Don't be deceived, be careful, don't fall into the trap, protect yourself first when going out, and be responsible for your own life. The real background of the outside of the house is as shown in the picture below. Because they are operating illegally (no corresponding legal business certificates are hung in the house), they keep changing their names. Everyone must be more careful. Safety comes first when going out, remember! Remember!

The landlady is kind and gentle, and she upgraded us to a wider and better room for free. The sanitary environment and services are very good, and the price is very good. I highly recommend it.

The room facilities are averagely decorated, which is equivalent to an ordinary B&B. It is very close to Dianchi Lake and the landlady is very polite!

Great accommodation experience, feels like home

Because the night of drinking was very noisy, it didn't end until two o'clock in the morning.

It's convenient for me to take pictures of seagulls when I come to Kunming. It's close to Haigeng Dam. I booked this B&B on Ctrip. It's in a high-end villa area. It's very quiet and safe. The boss and the waiter are very warm and easy-going. The waiter made the reservation for the three of us. There were two rooms, and he thoughtfully allowed me to change to a parent-child room on the top floor with a similar price. Unexpectedly, my daughter and her father were quite satisfied and decided to stay here every time they come to Kunming.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were small flying insects and cockroaches. There was an unpleasant smell when entering the room. There were no disposable slippers. The bathroom towels were dirty. The standard room only comes with one bottle of water. And An empty bottle of Wong Lo Kat, I don’t know who left it as trash

The luxurious parent-child suite booked by Ctrip stated that there are 3 beds, but after arriving at the store, a loft room with two beds was arranged. The boss said that the parent-child room is like this, there is no way. The location is very close to Dianchi Lake, but in the villa complex, it is quiet and deserted at night...and mosquitoes
