楠舍民宿很舒服！我家寶貝很喜歡，還説是他的新家，哈哈！兩張雙人床很舒服，我們是四個人睡的，空間很大！唯一不足就是電視看不了，得開個會員！😃哈哈

房東提前把位置發給我們，入住流程明瞭簡單，位置在市中心，購物，就餐非常方便，房東推薦的幾家飯館非常好！內部衞生很整潔、我們提前退房老闆也很大方的退了我們房費，真心推薦這家！

處於老昆明市中心，出行、購物、旅遊、品嚐美食等相當方便，昆明老街區，翠湖、金馬碧雞坊，近日樓等市內景點步行即可，樓下有公交小超市和農貿市場，離幾條地鐵線路不遠打車10元以下，步行也可以。電器設備很新，裝修雖不新，但乾淨，環境清凈，滅蚊器等基本的物品自然有，連驅蚊噴霧液都有，不錯的體驗。但儲藏櫃裏麪的東西顯得有點雜亂無章

房間面積很大，上下層複式結構，落地窗採光好，性價比高。房間乾淨衞生，設備較新，基本滿意。唯一缺陷：沐浴室門壞了，導致洗澡後衞生間，望改正

房間乾淨整潔，樓層高，採光好，可以俯瞰市區。床在二樓，帶長者和小孩的需要注意上下樓梯的安全。距離昆明老街很近。

除了衞生間有點小加上排風扇好像開不了有廁所味晚上不把馬桶蓋上關上門在樓上睡覺能聞到裡層的房間因為是邊邊房間晚上睡覺會有風呼呼聲睡眠淺的可能會有點影響剩下的都很好很可以熱水很足電視還能看vip片床品很舒服

地理位置很方便 還能拍到昆明的那個網紅筒子樓 小朋友特別喜歡家裡有樓梯的設計 停車雖然收費但是30塊錢封頂也是能接受的。 離夜市和老街都可以步行 樓門口就有便利店 推薦三碗豆花米線和什麼風味園 確實好吃

第一次來昆明～選了好久的酒店和民宿～最終選定的這一家～沒讓我失望～環境和圖片一樣的。上下兩層。有個旋轉樓梯，哈哈哈給媽媽拍了照片～看圖～空間還算挺大的。又在市中心。離老街很近。我們去老街溜達了一圈。全是吃的。樓下附近也好多吃的。喝到了想喝的霸王茶姬。離滇池大概半小時車程。滴滴20多塊。也算是挺近的！唯一遺憾的是。這次昆明衹是中轉站。沒來得及吃到過橋米線嗚嗚嗚～不過沒關係啦還有下一次～房東老闆很熱情，還給我介紹了哪裡好玩～在微信問他問了好多一點也沒有不耐煩。吼～第一次來昆明～體驗感極佳～下次見咯
