有一説一酒店外面環境還不錯。酒店內就讓人失望了。我們訂的套房兩個房間兩張床，設施一般，有一個房間緊挨着管道，一晚上都是沖水的聲音，還有院裏的空氣能，一直有響聲，睡不太好。很差的一次體驗，下次不會再去。

一言難盡的體驗！房間特別潮，衞生間反味！隔音超級超級差！最受不了的是床墊，好像直接躺在彈簧上！整個民宿感覺裝修了幾十年，非常老舊！附近沒有早點，衹有兩個餐廳和兩個小賣店。唯一的優點是離海埂公園和民俗村很近，去景點比較方便！再來昆明也不會再住了，唉！

環境不錯庭院，很有名族特色，房間衞生乾淨，離滇池和名族街很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。衹是沒有早餐，停車場比較近，還是很方便。

服務特別好 還沒走到店門口就出來迎接 接過行李 給扛房間去了 很熱情 出來旅遊遇到温暖熱情的店家玩的都很愉快 開心 對當地人民的印象都非常不錯 小院子環境還好 綠化帶 都裝點的很不錯 像住進了小花園似的 出門拐幾步路就是湖邊 在湖邊散步 很愜意 空氣很是新鮮 離景點都很近 民族村 滇池 湖埂大壩等等

房間很乾凈整潔，不吵鬧。
從窗户可以看見滇池
設施用品都非常齊全。
關鍵是老闆人非常好 看我們是三個人訂的2張1.5床，給我們換成了1.5+1.8的床
退房後還幫忙看管行李

很好的一次 住宿體驗。強烈推薦。位置也很好找。緊鄰景區。不行就可以到達兩個以上的景區。環境也非常好。古香古色，服務人員熱情，樂於助人。這次昆明之旅非常開心。對昆明的感受也非常好。有時間還會帶家人，再次來到昆明進行深度遊。

酒店位置很好，步行至海埂公園十分鐘路程，旁邊就是民族園的側門，晚上去看節目很方便。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，空調、熱水和WiFi都很給力。

房間乾淨整潔，離海埂大壩和民俗村非常近，步行都是十分鐘左右，去看錶演和喂海鷗都非常方便，民俗村的演出值得一去，藏族的火把節舞蹈和景頗族的大型民族蹦迪現場都好玩，太嗨了
