TO FLEE / HORRIBLE Very dirty room, the toilet had not been cleaned, there were marks on the bowl and a smell, dirt and crumbs on the floor and on the furniture. Hairs on the walls. The hot water tank is leaking and leaking liquid all night. We asked for another room but according to the receptionist it was the last one available. Luckily we only had one night booked. Besides, we had reserved a room with two queensize beds and it was not the right room, we were told that we had arrived too late for this room (11:30 p.m.) yet when we reserve and pay for a room, it's supposed to be "reserved"... The location is very difficult to find, even with the help of passers-by who have spent a lot of time searching. It took us more than an hour and no one came to pick us up even though they knew we weren't far away. You have to go to a building lobby that doesn't look like a hotel entrance. It would definitely deserve a 0!
