Service: The service is really great. This is the most comfortable hotel of the same type I have ever stayed in. When booking a room in advance, I asked about charging stations and parking spaces at the front desk. The service of Xiao Liu and Xiao Chen at the front desk was really good. Very good 🌹Patient answers and guidance, and the service etiquette provided is very standard, thank you very much! Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively complete, and the most important thing is clean and hygienic Environment: The lobby and interior decoration are particularly beautiful, very close to the Safari Park, and the price is worthy of such a good view!

The natural creative aesthetics of Henian Forest Hotel has won more than ten international architectural awards. With the design concept of ”creative green”, you can overlook the city, see the landscape of the mountains and rivers, enjoy the four seasons of color, spring with cherry blossoms, summer with green bamboo flowers, autumn with red maple, winter with green pine standing. The housekeeper will make an appointment with you for the next day's breakfast on the night of check-in. Breakfast is divided into Chinese breakfast and Western breakfast. Each set has nearly ten varieties, which are very rich and nutritious. And the waiters are well trained and courteous. Taste the hotel's carefully prepared breakfast. Faced with the uneven light and oblique shadow, strolling in the shaded green roads and stone steps, watching the fallen leaves of yellow apricots, it is really a beautiful autumn.

Great value experience. The service staff were very nice. When they saw that we were bringing children, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was large and reasonably designed. The lighting and socket locations were very user-friendly. They even gave away children's slippers and toothbrushes~ Bedding was also provided. It's very comfortable. The room also comes with complimentary desserts and cocktails. During breakfast, I saw the cleaning staff mopping the floor in the restaurant. They mopped every corner very carefully. It's very close to the safari park and the airport. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will come again next time. Then check in at Pineapple~
