I went on a solo trip and visited Kusadasi and Saturn hotel end of September. Solid 3 stars, and a good value for money. Lovely stuff and an extremely helpful hotel manager Fatih. Overall very good experience in Kusadasi, lovely place, definitely worth visiting.

I stayed at a Saturn Hotel and the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even allowed us to stay after the checkout time because our bus was running late. I was so grateful for their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Kusadasi. While I had a pleasant stay at a hotel, there were a couple of things that I didn't like. The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there weren't many options to choose from. Additionally, the ladies who were cleaning the rooms didn't give us clean towels until we asked for them (we asked on our 5-6th day). Despite these minor issues, I still had a great time at the hotel thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Terrible hotel. We know that covid changed everything but this is unacceptable. When we arrived they did not know about our reservation and we had to show them two times that we really have a reservation. No one else was staying in the hotel. Hotel was unclean, looks like you entered to bachelors private appar**ent. Lobby was like living room and completely not functioned. Smelly and dusty room. Shower was only extremely hot so we had to “shower” in a sink. Spider webs on windows. In the morning when we came for a breakfast around 10 AM, we woke receptionists sleeping on lobby sofas. We barely touched the breakfast because it looked like it was laying in the fridge for some time. Strange and creepy place.

The hotel was great, hygiene and comfort are 10 out of 10. The staff are friendly and they are all very nice people. The hotel rooms have balconies, it is a great place for smokers and those who want to cool off. You have breakfast on the ground floor. The location is nice and the breakfast is satisfying. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is located in an unsightly area of Kusadasi. The rooms are small and the beds uncomfortable. The mini bathroom has to be accessed via a very high step, the toilet lid was broken.
But the worst thing was the dog and the rooster on the neighboring property!! The constant crowing and barking made it impossible to sleep. But the highlight is that the animals belong to the hotel, as we were told when we asked.

room cleaning was below average. The sheets and bedspread are very old, the curtains look like they haven't been washed for a long time.
The bed is quite old. The bed was not comfortable. Only one socket next to the bed. The air conditioner was old but did its job. The TV was an 82 screen HD TV ***et was good.
There was no refrigerator, kettle or amenities such as water, coffee and tea in the room.
There was no shower cabin in the bathroom. There should be water everywhere and you need an extra pair of slippers for your feet. The bathroom looks like it's from the 2000s and is poorly maintained. You can see the rust stains on the toilet bowl.
Breakfast was an average breakfast. Think of it as 10 types in total.
The price was affordable and included breakfast.
After this experience I wouldn't consider staying again.
