It was the smallest room, but it seemed to have been renewed, and the wallpaper and so on smelled good in the tatami table. The meal was colored 々 and enjoyed. The tea bowl steaming of foie gras was fat and it was impossible for the elderly, but I had a lot of ground things such as salmon and cow in Joshu. I was happy to see me left-handed and to take care of me to replace the direction of the cheek at breakfast. The table interval was wide, and I could enjoy the meal quietly without worrying about each other. Yubata and bus terminal are close, but it is a calm inn in a quiet place.

Perhaps the biggest flaw: they don’t have non-smoking rooms. Aged hotel, great location, abismal architecture, ugliest building around the Yubatake, nice service, parking out of the town centre, but with a shuttle taking you back and forth any time of the day. The hotel onsen is ok, but not big enough to deal with peak times. Breakfast is fabulous. A true banquet. And service is so good that they’ll even bring you a nama tamago if you ask them. If you don’t want to pay for a traditional-looking bath house building, you’ll find nothing more convenient than this hotel. And if you have a problem with any ashtray smell of your rooms, they will desodorise it in a process that takes 1 hour. Perhaps not a bad idea to ask them to do this before your expected arrival time.

The hot water that the Shogun's hot water pumped up had a high ceiling and the warmth of the wood was very tasteful. The smell of sulfur, the amount of hot water, the slightly white and muddy color ... The quality of Kusatsu Onsen is really good. Flowers and artworks are displayed in the hallways in the hall, making you feel rich. The accommodation fee is a reasonably high inn, but I thought I was spending enough money properly. The employees were always greeted when they saw it, and it was very pleasant. I wanted to drink beer after taking a bath, so I searched for a lounge where I could drink light draft beer, but I didn't. However, there is a cafe with an inn right next door, and you can drink local beer (unfortunately you can't drink draft beer). Because the car is normal tires (because I was worried about snowfall), this time I left my car at the parking lot at the Kusatsuguchi exit of JR Naganohara and went to Kusatsu Onsen by bus. I don't think it's very publicized (I told you to park the car at the Naganohara Kusatsuguchi at the time of booking the inn, but there is no explanation from the inn), but Naganohara Kusatsuguchi ～ Kusatsu Onsen round-trip bus is Park ＆ Ride discount will be 30 ％ draw (parking ticket required). Since it is downhill from Kusatsu Bus Terminal to the inn (about ５ minutes), it will be a good walk while looking at the hot spring town. I think it is better to use the transfer bus of the inn because it will be climbing on the return.

I stayed overnight with my family. Arrived by car and the parking lot was far away, so I gave the key and parked it. Check-in is fast. I booked a Japanese-style room with 10 tatami mats or 12 tatami mats, but it was very large with 4 rooms (main Japanese-style room, Western-style room with 2 beds, sub-Japanese-style room, 2 TV and table). The inside of the building felt a little old, but it is about the same as other hotels. The room is clean enough. There is also a yukata and a hanten, so there is no problem with warmth. I entered the hot spring three times, but there was an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and it was comfortable with ample size. The dinner was a kaiseki at the restaurant, and the amount was too much to eat, so it was delicious. It was a sukiyaki plan for Joshu Wagyu beef, but the children also praised it. There is a Japanese and Western buffet in the morning, and you can eat all-you-can-eat hot springs *. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Yubatake. It was a stay that bought souvenirs at the shop on the first floor.

Location - about 10min walk from the bus terminal at Kusatsu station. Walkable unless it's snowy or froze on the ground as part of the path is quite steep to walk up. Not hard to find as the town is quite close to everything. About 15min walk to yubatake for the famous onsen for pictures and local food and snacks. You can walk to the Sainokawara Onsen(open air public onsen) for about 8min which is located just behind the hotel itself. Service - they do provide transport to and from Yubatake with a specific timetable. They also have an open luggage area at the main hall if you area before check-in you could just leave the luggage and explore the town. They also have separate gender onsen with both indoor and outdoor facilities. They came around 7pm to my room to offer to set up my sleeping mattress. The dinner time was 6.45pm to 8pm and they may vary between seasons. You will be located in a seat in the dining room so don't worry about the crowd and having to fight for your seat. It's buffet style food and I read previous comments about food being cold. They aren't cold as it was heated around 60c ish but the moment food leaves the Bain Marie it will become cold especially during winter. Alcohol is included but you need to be 18 years old. They will start closing some stations including soft serve around 7.30pm so do get there earlier. Cleanliness - just an older building and maintenance pretty ok. You could tell from the design it's a bit outdated but it wasn't dirty or messy. Amenities - they have a Japanese sleep/bath robe at the main hall for guests to take if you need. There's no wifi in the room unfortunately and the only free wifi provided by the hotel is just located down at the main hall. I was given a Japanese style room which is pretty standard. It was on the 7th floor so it came with a pretty good view.

This is a large hotel with buffet-style dinners on sale. We recommend the meal time starting at 17:00. Mochi pork steak is recommended. It will be baked on the spot. The large communal bath was also wide 々 and the temperature of the hot spring was the best. Bath towels are also available in the large communal bath, so you don't have to feel sorry that you missed the towels you had left from your room. And I'm grateful to put it in 24 hours. (10:00 〜 14:00 is cleaning) I stayed in a guest room with an open-air bath, but it was very good because the hot water came out automatically 24 hours a day and the amount of hot water was just right. It feels good, so I entered about 3 times. (The bath in the room is hot water, not hot springs.) The amenities installed in the bath in the guest room with a room bath are Steven Nor's shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and pumice. The lotion, emulsion, and oil cleansing were snow skin spirit. (Not taken home) The air volume of the dryer may be a little weak. The hot water show and Japanese drum from 20:15 were not too long, and it was good to have a good performance time of about 15 minutes.

This is the hotel taking 5 star from my own scoring so far in Japan. 1) Central location with free car park 2) Amazing Food with Kaiseki type traditional service(Dinner and breakfast). All the ingredients and the way that they prepare in nice atmosphere is amazing. I think it was the best food experience for me so far in Japan. 3) Indoor and open air onsen which is so clean. 4) Service quality and hospitality is top class. We wanted to give a surprise gift to our cousin. We asked their restaurant management to prepare a special closed ceramic bowl etc. They perfectly prepared more than our expectation. Moreover, they also gave their own small gift to our cousin. 5) Building also in traditional shape and well maintained. 6) Our room was traditional tatami style and it was big enough with bath tube and toilet. 7) First floor is the biggest souvenir shop in central kusatsu area.

Kazu Hot Spring is one of the three major medicinal springs in Japan, and the first of the 100 largest hot springs in Japan. But the price of each hot spring hotel in Kazu, the only one is the reasonable price of Yuyuan Hall. The Tangyuan Hall is right next to the soup dumplings. Every day, you must see the soup dumplings for breakfast in the restaurant, but the view of each room is not special, just look at the pedestrian walkway. They have a bathroom in each room and the bathroom is to the big bath under the ground. To be honest, maybe I just went to Matsuyama Hot Spring, there is a slight smell of medicine, but the hot spring water in Caojin has no taste, nor is it a collapse feeling, so I feel like soaking hot water. Because Tangyuan Hall has only breakfast options in booking.com, I couldn't try their dinner, but their breakfast was mainly bean-based and very healthy.

There are few old stores that don't have a Hu Za, but I think they are not here. If you stay at Kusatsu Onsen, you choose an inn that you think is a good place for a day. It was good as you chose. However, it was a cheap plan, so I couldn't see the main territory, but it was good to think that it was 〜 Japanese inn.
