This stay was for our anniversary celebration. The daytime front desk staff were very helpful during check-in. After checking in, we appreciated the small gesture from the hotel—a box of chocolates as a gift. Overall, we were 7/10 satisfied with our stay. However, the internet speed at night was extremely slow—so slow that it took nearly 30 minutes just to load and watch a single video. We called the front desk multiple times for assistance, but no one answered for a long time. In the end, we decided to use our own mobile data to relax and enjoy some entertainment.

Amazing spacious hotel room unlike the usual small little rooms in japan! Price is very reasonable and in a great neighbourhood! We enjoy the restaurants nearby and the hotel is excellent! We had a really nice welcome drink and chocolates and it really made the experience very memorable !

We enjoyed this very nice, human-sized hotel, very well located, in a very pretty neighborhood with beautiful shops. A large and pretty room with seventies decor. A great welcome! The two breakfasts offered (Japanese style and Western style) are excellent with quality products. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant, refined and excellent too! The most beautiful hotel of our stay in Japan!

The staff went above and beyond during my stay! The room was spacious and the hotel location was close to a metro stop, the national garden and a short walk to Nishiki Market. The restaurant had plant based menu items.
