The location is nice next to many places for some sightseeing but a bit far convenience store or station as such. Great room, feel nice, and clean. Overall really good.

Hard to find so spacious hotel room in Kyoto. Very nice and tidy with designer taste. Free good coffee and laundry 👍👍👍👍. Will definitely come back to this hotel in future trip.

It was clean and I was satisfied because I could feel the a**osphere of Kyoto.
I think I will visit again next time I go to Kyoto.

I am very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the Kyoto Museum, but it is a little far from the convenience store. It takes less than ten minutes to walk one way. The moss outside the room is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. It's a pity that it rained on the day of check-in and the day of departure, otherwise it would have been better.

There was no one to receive me at the hotel, so I had to check in on my own. The hotel forgot to send me the confirmation code email, and I only got it after contacting Ctrip customer service. The process took more than 2 hours.

I didn't see any waiters from beginning to end. The facilities were OK. It took about 20 minutes to walk from Kyoto Station with the suitcase.
