The Japanese-style hotel is in a great location, located at the intersection of Kamo River and Sanjo, which is convenient for shopping and eating. The staff is very polite, especially the male staff in the restaurant. He served us meals for three days and provided attentive and meticulous service.

We checked in early in the morning, stored our luggage but did not check in. The room we were given when we checked in at night was on the lowest floor, and the difference between the north-facing and south-facing sunrooms next door was really big. They said that the room was not available before the reservation was made. I also said that since there were no normal rooms after the reservation, they should have told me that I could cancel.
