The suite was great. It's very spacious and can accommodate four people. It was a bit noisy facing the street at night, but one of the bedrooms in the suite is tucked away inside, making it much quieter. Those sleeping on the tatami might find it noisy.

Rinn Gion Shirakawa is a really comfy hotel, it's walking distance from Sanjo Station (around 3-4 mins) it's also very near to Kyoto-Kawaramachi which is a long shopping street with many shops and restaurants. There is also a Donquijote nearby (around 7-8 mins of walking) I booked a double single bed room so it was extremely spacious for me. There was even a tatami seating area as well as a balcony. The staff there are also very friendly. Even though there's no breakfast provided in the hotel, they did collate a list of breakfast and dinner places for travellers to choose from (but the distance is slightly further)

Spacious room, comfy layout, and it came equipped with all the essentials. Plus, they had these cute little hair ties near the front desk that my daughter completely adored. Super sweet touch! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family.

Everything about this hotel was awesome. I cannot think anywhere else except this one if I go to Kyoto again. The location is wonderful. Everywehere in the hotel is very clean. The staff is professional,helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel provides anything you need. It is like home🫶🏼

A very comfortable stay in magical Kyoto. The hotel is conveniently located: the metro is 10 minutes away, and restaurants and cafes are on every corner. You can even walk to the park. The hotel service is top-notch – all staff genuinely strive to help with any request. They even assisted us in arranging the shipment of our suitcases from the hotel to another hotel in Tokyo. The room itself is fantastic! A terrace, tatami mats, beds, two toilets, a kitchen – everything looks and works perfectly! High-level comfort! Thank you to the hotel team for a wonderful experience!

One of our best hotels stays. The rooms are spacious. Ironing, washing, drying facilities are all provided(sone at a small fee). The location is a 10 minutes walk to Nishiki market and larger malls and it’s very convenient to access Shrines in Osaka, metros stations from here.
