What a beautiful setting and property. The location is ten stars, very tranquil, lovely views, lovely room, excellent bed, quiet surroundings. Our breakfast in the beautiful dining room was excellent. The menu is very good. They also serve dinner. Both meals are by reservation. We hope to come again.

The food and staff were excellent, the hotel itself is old but very clean. Bathroom was redone. Amazing views of the St Lawrence river.

Just a Litle problem to go to our room we have to walk 2 sets of stairs with heavy luggage’s not good for old peoples

Excellent dining room for all meals. Much above average.
The WIFI signal as too low in our room # 232. If it happens go to lounge with computer for easy access to wifi.

We had a spacious room with two doubles and a large veranda with a phenomenal view of the St. Lawrence River. The hotel is on a steep hill with two areas of parking. Our room was on the lower floor and parking was above. Most of the hotel is accessed by stairs. The 5 course dinner was fabulous.

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable. Not too convenient to go around town if you do not have a car: we came on the touristic train. Overall wonderful stay! Thank you!
