Basic but clean, comfortable and well located hotel. All the staff were good, but Cielo at reception went above and beyond: she always helped us with our multiple questions, gave us good recommendations and always with a smile on her face!!!

Due to late running buses and a very early flight we spent less than 6 hours in the hotel! The room was generally ok, we booked a twin and it was a large room with 2 double beds. The bathroom wasn't great, the shower door did not shut properly and water did not drain away very quickly. We had to check out very early and they arranged a takeaway breakfast for us.

Front desk service is very good in this budget hotel. Daniela & Carlos really do make you feel welcome to this place. It is walkable distance to Brujas Market and to San Francisco Church ( main city point) .

It is a lovely hotel in a great central location. It offers amazing value for money (especially as it includes breakfast). Also, the fact that the receptionist Juan Carlos spoke excellent English, and could understand and help me with all my queries/requests etc, was a definite bonus for me! Muchas gracias!

スタッフの女性がとても親切でした、部屋の暖房が点かなかったので、翌日部屋を変えてくれました。
シャワーは、熱いお湯が出て、とても満足できました。
部屋も清潔に整備されていました。
ロープウェイの駅にも歩いていく事が出来、買い物も便利でした。
お勧めしたいホテルです。

Testé ''Hotel Diamante Azul'' pour une nuit. Chambre bien agencée mais malheureusement mal isolée, donc bruyante (on entendait les conversations de l'accueil) et les lumières de l'ascenseur transversaient notre fenêtre et les rideaux. Hébergement bien situé avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité et de rues à visiter (Linares...) Personnel très agréable Bonne connexion Wi-Fi

Hotel central, près du marché aux sorcières. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours près à rendre service.: infos, laverie, taxi, réservation, etc Petit déjeuner correct avec option "œufs " à 5 bod. Chambres certes un peu vieillottes, tout comme le style général de l'accueil et de la salle des petits déjeuners. Propreté générale parfaite

Das Hotel überzeugt durch freundliches und hilfbereites Personal und saubere und gepflegte Zimmer! Besonders Dani an der Rezeption hat uns mehrmals geholfen, ob Bustickets reservieren oder Taxi bestellen war alles ein leichtes für sie! Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel genossen.
