The facilities are very good, a spacious and comfortable room, the meals quite good, the restaurant service could be a little more pleasant. In general good stay.

the complex has huuuuuge potential but definitely requires some investment for it to become what i am sure it once was. Location is awesome 2 minutes from a perfect family beach ..pools are fine ...housekeeping great job --- front desk terrible very unfriendly and 0 orientation towards customer ... loud music beyond 10PM is not acceptable in a family friendly hotel and here it was every night ... we stayed in an 1 leaving /1 sleeping room apt - furniture is outdated but the only thing that should be changed right away is the sleeping couch everything else is still ok to use. very annoying the sheets over the mattresses always slipped during the night which made sleeping not very comfortable . bathroom ok ..kitchenette very good...dishwasher would be a good addition as it would definitely safe the water usage in the resort...hawing the washing machine in the room made life easier... all in all a good experience but if nothing changes with regards to the sleeping couch and the loud music long into the night...we will look for another place to stay for our next trip to Spain.

No hand sanitizers to be found throughout the hotel. My husband picked up a nasty stomach flu while there. And more people had it. Our “light” breakfast when leaving was just bread. No butter, no jam, nothing to put on it. No fruit. Just bread. When we enquired to the servers, who were laying out breakfast, they refused and then put up barriers. This wax 7:45. Breakfast opened 8:00. The dishes in my room were not taken away. They were left there 4 days.

As per the title I think my friend sums up Estival Park perfectly by saying “ Not quite a four star, but definitely more than a three star…”. We stay in no 3 the Tui hotel after booking with On the Beach and we pleasantly surprised by the standard - refurbed? - after reading some of the reviews here. The hotel, rooms and public areas were well presented and very clean, and our room was cleaned well each day. The restaurants are ok - not the best AI food we’ve had but not the worst with much variety. The restaurant in Estival 2 seems to be less “canteen” like and was our preference, but we very much enjoyed the AI area with self serve drinks, coffee and spirits from the bar and great staff in Estival 3. All staff were polite and professional throughout. The pools are a tad disappointing. At the time we arrived the rooftop / adults only pool was closed (open from June) and the three hotel area pools are more focused on children, not really “swimming” pools. A couple of my friends enjoyed the AI Spa in a separate building and top tip - although the drinks are not inclusive here they are pretty cheap - it’s a lovely sun trap area to sit outside watch the world go by, €10 for four beers. La Pineda has a nice beach and promenade which is worth a walk and a local tapas lunch in one of the many beach side restaurants, although the main drag is a bit more tourist focused. Overall we enjoyed our stay, were well cared for and looked after. Our only let down was some of our fellow Brits letting themselves down - just becuase you’re AI doesn’t mean you have to drink yourself unconscious or grab multiple pocketfuls of condiments on your last evening, please have a little more class and less greed!

Booked a last min holiday and was placed in Tui Suneo hotel 3. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment from what i understand. I cannot compare as first time I have been here. From reading previous reviews you could frequent all hotels 1,2 and 3 but now this is not the case since Tui own the hotel I stayed in number 3 I wasn’t able to use the other buildings. I had everything in needed in hotel 3 it was clean, modern, decent food and drinks on all Inclusive and can upgrade drinks for small fee 1 or 2euro depending what you are looking for. La Pineda is definitely a bit more of a relaxed area so if you prefer lively holidays then maybe book salou. La Pineda was clean the beach was beautiful and it was peaceful. The hotel pool is more of a kids pool so I used the indoor Aquum spa pool and gym there you will find steam rooms and a sauna. I was impressed I was able to use these facilities just a couple mins walk away in a separate building. My toom had a mini fridge hairdryer kettle and a safety deposit box with no cost to use. The entertainment was aimed towards the kids and a bit like haven but I wasn’t here for that so didn’t bother me. You can walk or get a bus to salou we walked took about 40 mins salou didn’t appeal to me so didn’t hang about. Overall this was a good holiday and I would recommend. Short transfer from Reus airport less than half an hour.

Amazing hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Always clean and tidy there’s staff cleaning by self serve drinks station all day and cleaners make your room everyday lovely. Even left a bottle of champagne on my partners birthday in the room for us. Like a Private walk way to the beach front. Great selection of food. Entertainment was good. Snack bar was good. Pool is always clean and they clean it every night properly. Kids pool amazing for the kids with a slide. We stayed in hotel 2. Want to go back already it was amazing!!!!

The complex was huge with 3 hotels and loads of apartments. There are two SPAs,Use of one is included in your booking and the second one which is top notch you pay extra to use.All meals are self service and there was a huge selection of food. The big problem was that most of the food was far too cold. The hotel was clean and the pools are safe for kids

Positive first, the beach is gorgeous, clean, plenty of room on it and the sea was clean and clear. Lovely area, nice bars and shops. Easy to get a bus to Salou and surrounding areas. We were checked in at Hotel 2. The room was clean, modern furniture etc. Not sure if the bedding was changed regularly and it states a kettle would be in the room but you had to hire one if required. The pool in Hotel 2 was extremely small and everyone packed in around on sunbeds practically on top of each other. The adult roof top pool was closed. The restaurant was chaos, huge queues, coffee machines barely working and the food was cold no matter what time you went in there. The waiting staff hovered around you taking your plate as soon as you put your knife and fork down. We were told we shouldn't sit at a four seat table as only 2 of us but it was the only table free, made to feel uncomfortable. Staff were mostly grumpy and unhelpful, a couple were lovely. No towel hire for the pool in Hotel 2 but was in Hotel 1, we were allowed to use the pool there which was still small but a little more area to place sunbeds. Was surprised to be told you couldn't go to the pool before 10am,people did, us included, they were still cleaning around a bit but in my opinion that should be completed earlier. Staff were the same as the other Hotel. Restaurant was same as Hotel 2, chaotic and cold food, places whipped away. Hotel 3 was closed, which I assume most of the photos to advertise came from, all the other photos were cleverly shot to project space and quality which wasn't the case and only Hotel 1 had a pool bar but not in use. The most accurate photos were of the spa facilities. We booked this holiday because the description of the whole place and the photos really sold it, but it is very underwhelming. The entertainment was average (apart from the Queen tribute, they were excellent) but none of this started until 10pm. Quite disappointing, we made it a good holiday ourselves anyway but won't book here again.

This was our second stay here, with our first being way back in 2011. We did request hotel 1, however this was not granted (not fussed) & placed in hotel 2. The rooms have all been updated since our last stay. They were cleaned every day, with new bedding, towels & a fresh smell to them. We were all inclusive which was great. Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all in the restuarant located in our hotel, however did feel that the timings were a little short. I understand we stayed just at the start of the season, but with the hotel being busy, it would make more sense to extend these. You will need your room key to scan at every meal, I believe this is to manage capacity. Snacks were great if you did not want a full lunch, however the chef at the snack bar, does need a little training in customer service, as she was a little rude & abrupt. Approx 5 minutes from the beach & if you are looking to stay here, please make the most of the free spa. Ps you will need a swimming cap, either your own, or from the spa themselves, they range from €2-4. As a personal note we used hotel 1 the most for an evening drink as hotel 2 was loud & busy. Ps please be aware the hotel has 3 blocks, however hotel 3 is now a TUI only branded hotel & you will not be given any access to this. Also if you leave your hotel block & need to return, again you will need to have your room key, so keep it to hand.
