Nice and new place. Not far from the center and close to restaurants. Rooms are comfortable.

Great place to stay. Better than on pics :)

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good bedding with very good memory foam pillows. A little far from the city center to go there on foot. Hearty breakfast. Parking (paid) is very practical because it is impossible to find a space nearby. The only downside and very unpleasant is the nauseating smell of the bathroom: we ran the water for 5 minutes and the smell disappeared. I think they should check the rooms before guests arrive. Otherwise great!

Secure parking. All the staff were very pleasant, hearty breakfast with sweet and savory options. Our room was very quiet. Interesting location of the hotel. I will come back without problem. We stayed 2 nights, and we were offered a drink for not having requested cleaning service between the 2 nights. 😊

Despite a correct location, good bedding and a good welcome, several negative points to highlight: parking is not free but costs €6 per night, breakfast was charged €12.50 instead of €10.50 € informed on your site ... And especially big disappoin**ent when arriving at the so-called continental breakfast because there was only bacon on the hot buffet. When I asked for eggs, I was informed that they would not be delivered until the next day and that there were therefore none that day! I asked for a reduction on the price of breakfast because it seems excessive to me to charge 12.50€ for a so-called continental breakfast and I am still waiting for the manager to contact me for this because no one could seem to he make a commercial gesture in the staff present!!

The hotel was in an excellent location to wandr around the centre of La Rochelle and the port. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Reception helped us out with ordering a taxi to the airport. Excellent stay

Nice hotel close to all bars and restaurants etc....Needs more staff on reception as they have to serve the bar as well as checking in people...We gave up waiting at the bar as the girl was very busy and couldnt get to us...Breakfast could of been beter..

Very well located outside the core centre where it is difficult to park, yet in an affluent area. A particular note for the very helpful staff, who accommodated a last minute change in my travel arrangements.

The hotel was about a 15 min walk from the hotel. Very clean but not the best condition. Door took a lot to close. Lock didn’t work all the time. Shower leaked to floor outside bathroom so carpet was always wet. Not great for hanging anything up.
