Front desk agents were quick and helpful. I didn't have time to sample breakfast during this trip but every other part of the hotel delivered.

A rather special place, which may look dangerous but is not really. Spacious room and good mattress. Mixed welcome, cleanliness to be reviewed.

The hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life.
The surrounding facilities were the worst, and there were many long-term families in the hotel, so the cleanliness and noise were no joke.
There were bad guys outside the hotel,
Above all, the cleaning condition of the room was a mess, the air conditioner was broken, the curtains were open, and why are there so many flies and insects..
It seemed like a long-term family was staying in the room next to me, but I couldn't sleep because I talked all night long.
And finally, it was clear that breakfast (western food) was included, but the hotel did not shamelessly provide it.
Food delivery didn't work or something..

Firstly, when i booked the hotel it stated pets allowed. When i got there, no pets allowed. Place was unkept and the one csr was just not professional.

Absolutely horrible, i have never met anyone who is that angey all the time ans treats customers the way the manager of rhis placw does. Would not give me the room because i dis not have 100.00 cash for a deposit and i already paid for the room. I wasted 2 hrs waiting to get in the room and then couldn't have it because of that. I will be filing a complaint and contacting the owners!!!

I should have read the reviews and talked to someone that knew about this place first. Horrible experience. I had no idea this was in an area that house less people hung out. There was no breakfast, cook was on vacation. The elevator had pieces broken out of the floor and stunk of urine so bad. The place is partially occupied by renters. The room seemed clean but the toilet paper holder was broken, the faucet handle kept coming off, and the TV remote didn't have a back on it so the batteries kept falling out. I came to Tacoma for a funeral and there were zero hangers to hang any clothes up. Yes, it was inexpensive but I didn't expect it to be this bad.

The description when I book the motel said it was pet friendly but when we showed up they said that we could not have pets and turned us away. Minds up spending three times as much for another motel on the fly that did accept pets
