"Have previously found this establishment perfectly acceptable. However my recent visit was marred by senior management staff who have clearly reached their level of incompetence expertly known as the "Peter Principal". The establishment has previously been delighted to welcome our puppy indeed the children I understand to be related to the "Peter Principal" candidate enjoyed the puppy. Now 6 months old puppy squeaked maybe 3 times when in restaurant. We were instructed to leave the restaurant as a consequence, only two other couples in the almost empty dinning room ...none of the dinners made any complaint! Clearly this establishment is now removed from my list of recommendations."

The owners are very professional and give their customers a warm welcome. Many people come back to this beautiful place, just a few minutes away from Limeuil historic centre."

"We stayed for 7 night with 3 families including 4 children of varying ages and my mother who is a permanent wheelchair user. My mother had the wheelchair friendly room in the main hotel (Room 2), we were in a separate Villa as were my sisters and their families. The whole experience was outstanding. The accommodation was well furnished, quality showers and endless hot water. The food was excellent. But above everything were the staff who could not have been more helpful, attentive and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Within 20 meters of our villa was a trampoline, a sand pit, a tennis court, a driving range, a golf course, a putting green and a bar with an excellent restaurant. Could not recommend more highly."
