Very clean and friendly service. Pool was small and definitely more suited for families and the steam room was not as hot as it should've been.

Was a good hotel with good customer service
The heating system was rubbish and to loud kept us up most of the you could not sleep due to the noise

Overall its worth the price. Only one downside, which the bathroom was a bit outdated with poor shower pressure. And we chose this hotel at the first place only because of the air conditioner, and it functioned well. There was a big carpark outside the hotel and staff members were friendly.

The pool was being used for children’s swimming lessons which was disruptive and loud. Other than that, I had an excellent time. Breakfast was very nice, and the room had good facilities.

This is badged by Mariott but a 4 star hotel with close proximity to Nationwide House. Mainly used by corporates for their employees who come to NH for work. But in terms of rooms, service - I must say it is not living up to the mark of Marriott brand. They are understaffed and cannot cater to guests adequately. The hotel itself is quite an old property and furnishing and upholstery is not that great.
